Great and prompt service and a genuine pleasure to deal with, would definitely recommend

We used Chris for the first time to service our boiler. We received a quick response to our initial contact and on the day of the appointment he phoned in advance to advise he was on his way. Chris is professional and friendly, did a thorough job at a reasonable cost and provided us with a written report within a couple of hours.

Stage 1 of a job to disconnect a large radiator in readiness for a major re-plastering job to remedy a damp issue. Chris came yesterday to assess the work and provided excellent advice and booked the appointment. He came on time today to do the work in a tidy and timely fashion and within an hour or so of leaving he presented his worksheet online. I have every reason to believe he'll do an excellent job of reinstating the radiator when the re-plastering work has been completed.

Chris has been great to work with, definitely recommend.

We have a complex issue with our upstairs radiators and Chris has worked hard to try and resolve it. Everything has been very clearly and articulately explained, and we feel very well informed about our next steps.

As usual Chris offered a first class service.

He identified the issue quickly and made good, also noticing and fixing an unconnected pipe which you'd have thought other heating engineers should have noticed in the past!

Still awaiting a part which Chris sourced and ordered quickly and he took the time to call and advise when it's likely to arrive.

Chris also offered advice to my 5 yr old on how to build his train track better!

Service doesn't get better than this.

I've had Chris work on my boiler before, and as usual the service level and work was A+. Chris represents a high level of professionalism in his approach to each and every job and I would highly recommend him.

Have used CS Connolly for a couple of years now and always very happy with the service. Chris is always very polite, calls to let you know his arrival time, works very efficiently and is tidy, respectful of the property and gives all the info of what's been done and could be required verbally and follows up with his written report for the service log. I'm very happy to, and do, recommend him to friends and family in the area.

Got Chris out to look at my boiler and try and fix it, but beyond repair, Chris tried for over an hour trying but to no avail. Gave me advice on what to do next and explained every thing in great detail.

I will be using Chris again and would recommend him to any one else. 5*+

Chris came out at a couple of hours notice after rearranging his appointments on a freezing January day to have a look at our Valiant combi boiler which had developed a fault and was inoperable he not only solved the problem but serviced the boiler as well a fantastic service from a knowledgeable and friendly guy.
