Simply fantastic - Not had customer service like this in a long time, top quality products with the best printing of my logo I have ever seen. Will be my first choice for Workwear moving forwards

Fantastic service - Above and beyond what you would usually expect when shopping online

Delivery got delayed, was waiting urgently for products and kept getting told they'll be arriving by a certain date, when that date came i contacted them again to be told there was a issue and it was going to be delayed, ended up cancelling my order in the end, poor service!!

I placed an order for one sample pair of overalls with the possibility of further orders if they proved suitable. I assumed quick delivery due to the delivery charge. After contacting CTS for the second time to ask why the goods still hadn't been received, I was told that they hadn't even been despatched. I was offered an overnight delivery and a discount if I agreed to continue with the order. This also didn't arrive. Having contacted them a third time, I'm now advised that they do not have any in stock and that their supplier similarly have none, also that a refund will take up to ten days.
During this time, the only correspondence I've received from them was to encourage me to open a trade account, and nothing regarding the failed delivery. I will not be placing any further orders with this company.
The only question remaining is whether their refund promises are as accurate as their delivery assurances.

Awesome people, make sure your design is correct and very friendly service. Came in time for what I needed and excellent quality lovely material. No complaints, thank you.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews but the service and experience received in dealing with CTS (particularly Gabi) is worth taking the time out to call out. Personal order this time although will look to recommend to my workplace vendor partners for trade orders. Thank you CTS

Scotty was amazing! We were looking for quite a lot of new workwear but we needed a lot of different items, in a lot of different sizes, with different printing and in different fabrics! Scotty was so patient and so helpful getting our order together. He was polite, professional, efficient and his product knowledge was second to none. The quality of the clothing and the print work is exceptional. Ordered with ease and delivered very quickly too. We would highly recommend. This could have been a very painful process with an order like ours but it ended up being breath takingly easy! Everything on our initial order has arrived and we were so pleased we made another order just a few days later.

Simple to find what I was looking to purchase , looked at other companies but , came back too CTS due to the ease of use on their website, it turned out to be a good choice as all that followed was perfect !

Avoid this company if you are looking to work with professionals, they are absolutely useless. I paid for sample work wear printed and embroidered versions. Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 business days, 10 days passed and I had to ask for my order, it eventually arrived and was all wrong locations of logos. I was offered replacements to which I was repeatedly questioned on where my logos should be then they actually wanted me to send the T shirts back for them to add to them. I was not giving this useless company another opportunity to mess up any more and have to wait another 3 weeks for them to try to get it right. They tried everything to get out of fixing their mistake or refund me. Just avoid, use any other service.
