Excellent service

We have been ordering since the take over and i have extremely happy with the service and communication provided by CTS, Lisa has been extremely helpful and listened to all our requirements to produce our uniform. We will be ordering again!

Business clothing..

Ordered some clothing for my business and was delighted with the service from start to finish.. Immediate responses via email/telephone from Lisa was very welcoming..
The items I ordered were all of great quality at a brilliant price..The embroidery on the garments were also fantastic..Had many comments from clients regarding how good and professional they look..I will 💯 be using CTS again for some spring/ summer attire...Could not recommend more...

A really great experience working with


A really great experience working with Issey at Equithread / CTS - I was really worried about getting our brand colours right but Issey absolutely nailed it. For the size of the order it was quite chewy in regards to the amount of different things involved but it was no issue for Issey and she did it with a smile, putting me at ease at every stage. She’s great, Equithread is absolutely brilliant and I would recommend to everyone looking at getting their equestrian merchandise / branded kit from here.

Great customer service and always helpful

CTS has provided the uniform for my company recently. All items are always good quality and last years, I have had great communication with one of the customer service team (Lisa) who always supports me with my designs and she is great with communicating to me even when I forget!! Its nice to know someone understands the world of business and things get forgotten about, so a big thank you to Lisa Miles for looking out for us and being great.

Brilliant customer service...

I’ve worked closely with Issey at CTS a couple of times now, nothing is too much trouble, with brilliant customer service and access to a huge selection of products and suppliers.
It really does feel like a collaborative relationship.

Excellent Service

I have ordered from Issey at CTS UK & Equithread a number of times now and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They have a great selection of high quality, affordable equestrian clothing and I have found their customer service excellent. I will definitely continue to use Equithread.
