Almost perfect experience!
Sadly didn't receive communication about order being shipped/delivered and royal mail didn't ring so they stayed outside more than 28h in a black box south facing outside. But all alive and jumping!

Bought 6 Mystery Snails for my tropical aquarium and they were delivered on time. Packaged well and once in my tank all of the snails are thriving and good quality. Great prices also. Highly recommend these for your tanks.

I ordered 8 neritina snails, got next day delivery. All alive, healthy and moving around. I’ll definitely be using CU Aquatics again.

My order was dealt with very quickly I’ve never had living things delivered so fast! I’m sure I’ll be using Cuaquatics again in the future!

Shrimp arrived in great condition. Packaged well for the wellbeing of the shrimp. Any queries customer service were quick to help.
Would recommend.

I ordered, I got my receipt, then no communication when asked what was happening with my order I had no response from their three ways of communication

Nothing arrived of my order and when I requested a refund they said they would, when I chased this up they said they had with some dodgy 'screenshot' which had none of my details and the money was never returned, nearly £40, absolute thieves!

Great stock and fast shippers. What more do I need?

Fast delivery, lovely and healthy little shrimp, I am definitely getting my next shrimp from them again.

Orders some nerite snails through Amazon and came in great time, well packaged and healthy. Can’t fault the service from the company :) thanks

My shrimps arrived promptly in a well packaged plastic bottle, and in perfect condition, with lovely bright colours. I'd ordered 6, and received 7. Excellent
