I purchased a Smartslicer in January and not at all happy with it. It does not grate the food - it mashes it.
I emailed three times and they did reply twice after at least 48 if not more hours. They wanted a video of how i use it. It is just Chinese rubbish.
Now after my third email and request for a refund I have not heard a word.

There is no local representative and whomever they use for delivery was not able to deliver, despite the location receiving several deliveries daily.
