Do not buy. Shonky product

I purchased the blade late Dec last year and did not use it until March 24. The first time I used it the blade broke. I wrote to the company and they said it only had a 4 month warranty so no replacement etc. The product is rubbish and the company should be accountable for a 4 month warranty. Mos electrical products have a 12 month warranty. They should be listed on the shonky awards. Only use Thermomix products not shabby seconds like these.

It’s worth contacting them

After many emails and offers etc Culinary family have given me a full refund and I don’t need to return article. It took a while but the emails were positive and they were willing to solve the problem.

Parcel arrived 2 days after it was supposedly delivered.

I received an email to say my parcel had arrived safely. I sent the company an email to say it hadn't arrived. Two days later the parcel was safely delivered, much to my delight.

It arrived in good condition.

Cheap Chinese crap

EDIT - Got a full refund but only because I gave 1 star here.
They expect me to change it to 5 stars because they refunded me.
I will not give 5 stars because they have done the same thing to others and people need to be warned.
I ordered the chopper thinking it was genuine and original, but it's cheap Chinese crap that you can buy on Amazon and ebay for $50.
If I use it on my $2600 TM6 and something happens, I've lost my machine as it's not covered under warranty for anything other than original items.
Culinary family offered a 30% refund then 40% and said I can return it to NZ or Asia and when I chose NZ they said they can only accept return in Asia knowing it will cost over $100 to post.
They are scammers and I'd give 0 stars if I could.
They are not about customers but about how much money they can make.
Do not trust this company because they will rip you off.

The product works well

The product works well - I've just used the grater at this stage and it grated carrot beautifully. I would have loved assembly instructions in English. I was a bit wary at first of using a non thermomix product with my thermomix, but it all seems ok.

Time saver

This tool will make chopping and preparing much quicker and easier, I'm also hoping it will enable us to get rid of at least one kitchen gadget. Only downside was that there were no instructions included.
