Awful platform!!! harrased and made to feel small
Awful platform! once you secure a message or job with the client Curam are literally harrassing you to the limit! whatsapp, texts calls emails! fees they take are ridiculous for what they provide! and also threats of action if you leave! there is limited jobs in the area of choice and clients never get back to you! avoid at all costs!

Not reliable
Booked a carer for my mum. Carer did not arrive or contact me. I’d already left by this time and was at work 2 hours away meaning my mum would have been stuck in her bed all day had her neighbour not kindly stepped in. I had read receipts showing the carer had seen my messages but just chosen to leave my poor terminally ill mum in the lurch. Who does that?! I hope you improve your vetting procedures, Curam. 3 stars because the evening carer is lovely.

The platform is very impressive as they are very efficient
The platform is very impressive as they offered me clients that are close to where I live. Through the platform, I am well informed about available jobs and the various care needs of prospective clients. No pressures from the staff, as I am granted autonomy to select jobs that are suitable for me. I am absolutely impressed about the vetting and checking of caregivers before they are taken on. The platform provides and allows you to virtually interact with prospective clients which allows me to broaden my knowledge of their care. You are also encouraged to do care training related to healthcare. They are very prompt in processing payments for shift done and you are always informed once payment is processed
I endorse Curam with utmost confidence to anyone who is seeking a flexible transformative and rewarding care experience
