Worst experience ever!!!!

I ordered a product on the 21st of August and still have not received it. I contacted Curibo for an update and was told that i would receive a replacement that i am still waiting on. overall a poor experience. Upon seeing this review Curibo cancelled my order and refunded my money without me asking for a refund… they stated they saw this review… VERY UNPROFESSIONAL…

Best in the UK

One of the best selections of Japanese figures in the UK, with competitive prices. Always happy when I order from Curibo, and will be ordering again for sure !

5 stars!

Good Prices, Great selection and you don’t have to wait ages to receive your order unlike some websites. Good social Media presence as well so it doesn’t feel like a faceless company

Zero service

Preordered a Nendoroid back in February, ETA for March. March came and went. Checked website, ETA changed to April/May. April/May came and went. I contacted them through their website contact form at the end of May. No response. Contacted them through email. No response. Contacted them through Facebook and Twitter. No response and no item, and it is now the end of June. Absolute joke of a company. Have filed a PayPal claim.
