I've enjoyed CuriosityStream for years.
When I had to cancel, they were very friendly and helpful, as I knew they would be.

I still highly recommend CuriosityStream for their excellent contect and great customer service.

I love it! I don't know how people live without it!

In the instance it was my mistake that I actually logged onto the wrong website, realised my mistake contacted your company, and they have been over and above resolving the situation and even giving me back a refund.
Thank you for your patience and understanding in my situation, gladly recommend your website to future clients who actually pick the right thing.

Forgot to cancel my auto-renewing subscription and got billed for another year but customer service helped me with the cancellation and a refund.

I thought it was nice that they also offered documentary suggestions for what I would be interested in watching when I mentioned that I don't use the service enough to pay for it.

I had been awaiting a response for a week in my emails. I decided to open a chat, spoke with Marlo Rivera and all was taken care of in less than 2 minutes! I am still happy with my service with Curiosity Stream and Marlo was very kind.

The customer care rep, Marlo Rivera, was able to resolve my issue quickly and professionally. A real pleasure to chat with.

Customer service was excellent. Only draw back was auto-renewal without warning ...only once a year - if you didn't mark your calendar, the day came and then you were on the hook for another entire year with no means to cancel. Wrote management immediately, however being a holiday weekend they didn't et back to me as soon. Bottom line - they worked it out were I should see a full refund.
Enjoy Curiosity Stream however they have priced themselves out. Sad

Marlo Rivera was helpful, polite, and offered me a discount. But what I enjoyed was that he would have helped me even if I had cancelled my subscription

Great experience and customer service! Resolved my issue immediately and I was very pleased with the experience I had.

I initially purchased CuriosityStream for my Dad as a birthday gift and he really enjoyed it. Lots of great programming. And when it was time to cancel their Customer Service department was a huge help and took care of things quickly and easily. Big shout out to Franz! :)

Couldn’t really rate the streaming service itself because I never really used it.
But the customer support department is a 10/10! Had a really strange issue with a hacked account and strange charges on my bank account. They fixed it and refunded the charges!

Customer Service is amazing. My Subscription renewed automatically, I wanted to cancel because I will not able to watch due to my school. KD Riviera is phenomenal, she gave me the options and promptly cancelled my subscription. I will definitely recommend Curiosity Stream and will get back on it after school. Thanks again Riviera!
