Will not give refunds after cancellation. They billed me for an entire year that I didn't want and when I canceled they won't refund. I am forced to pay for an entire year that I didn't want and will not use. BEWARE!

Had great costumer service from them. I was charged for the subscription I thought I had cancelled since I was not using the App they were able to send me a refund and ensure my subscription was cancelled did all the communication through email. Had a very positive experience with this platform.

I recently reached out to Curiosity Stream about several unauthorized recurring bank charges that I've been getting, even though I don't have an active subscription and my email isn't linked to an account on their site. While I was first met with an automated response, very promptly and professionally the support team, specifically Aira responded, asked for more details to locate the account. Aira was incredibly diligent. She couldn't find my account under the email I contacted them with, but she proactively asked for more details, which allowed her to locate my subscription under a different email address. She immediately confirmed that my auto-renewing account was closed and, as a one-time courtesy, processed a full refund. I'm very grateful for her quick action, clear communication, and the successful resolution of this issue.

Great content and great support

I recently sought assistance regarding a necessary amendment to my account details. The representative with whom I spoke, Nikka, was exceptionally courteous and handled the matter with impressive efficiency. The entire process was resolved with such speed and poise that I should have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service.

Through a technical error I was double billed for my subscription, but Jessa M. at Customer Service quickly resolved the problem and saw to it that I was issued a refund. Great service! :)

The person I talked to was very understanding of my situation, and didn't cast any judgement on me or give me any attitude. 5/5 - no complaints

It's unfortunate that I had to cancel my subscription as I am not able to utilize it fully. But Customer Service Aira is nice and accommodating. It's good that you are able to talk to a real person, and not an annoying AI.

We decided to cancel our subscription after having it for many years and there was no hassle. They made an offer for a discount if we stayed and we declined and so they proceeded with the cancellation and refund. There was absolutely no pressure.
