Great support staff! I needed to cancel due to lifestyle change on my part. CS continues to be a great service, but I can't take advantage of it anymore. I asked for clarification and Jessa M. was my guide. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. I braced myself for the usual nightmare of double-talk and delays, but none of that. She cut to the chase and provided fabulous support throughout the process. She's a great example of how customer service should be!

Bernadette, who was the customer service person who helped me was awesome. I had a string of several questions and she was right on target every time!

I'm so happy to have had the help from Curiosity's quick and friendly service. My questions were answered, problems solved, and I've come away with enough respect for the customer service that I might actually stay with the service in the future. Amazing app! Underrated app for very less money. Excellent customer service as well. If someone wants to see only science and documentaries , this is the best. Way better than Netflix and Amazon prime etc

set up my account years ago , not using it for while but find out they taking money from my account !! was trying to cancel service , delete button not working, any and I'm not able cancel subscription even with app on my phone. I did set up account on their web page and they sending me to google for cancelation, don't give them your debit card details because you will be sorry

Over here in Portland OR, I’ve enjoyed C-Stream for years, until access “went bad” abt a year ago. I tho’t: let’s try once more, reached Jessa, yestdy’s angel in the flesh, funny and smart!; worked with me for an hour until system finally, reluctantly accepted “sign-on.” I’m thrilled w/ your great programming (paid for all along) again available, and oh-so-grateful for ONE of my cyber problems checked off the list. I now count Jessa as a personal friend (alas, 3000 miles apart). She more than deserves the laurel crown!

Our son with dyslexia made good use of the docs on Curiosity. But when he stopped relying solely on this source he wanted to cancel the service and couldn’t recall how he’d signed up. Bernadette was very helpful making this change for him.

amazing customer service! i asked for a refund on subscription renewal charged yesterday because i dont even remember signing up for this service, and they quickly initiated a full refund, little questions asked. very much appreciated.

My husband accidently subscribed to CuriosityStream, not knowing what the app was about while we were on vacation. When we got back and i saw this charge on our account, I immediately called and spoke with Nikka to see if she could help with the cancellation and refund for the subscription. She understood my concern and immediately took care of this for us. She was very professional, kind and did not hesitate to complete my request with a follow-up email to confirm cancellation and refund.

I LOVE CuriosityStream. For $3.99/mo I get tons of interesting and well-done documentaries - science, history, nature, and they always have new content. I'm always excited about what there is to find. Also, they have many excellent short-version shows (20 minutes) like Breakthrough. Wonderful!
