We would like to just advise that sadly the other solicitor that our 'Buyer' had instructed did not seem as efficient however this may have been linked to the 'Estate Agents' side of the business; of which we will be submitting a separate review.

Ive recently had a successful claim for industrial hearing loss handled by Reshma Bau on behalf of Curtis Law Solicitors. Reshma carried out the claim in a professional manner keeping me informed and up to speed with progress as it can be a long process. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Our particular sale had a number of twists and turns, not helped by the fact it was leasehold and not freehold. Therefore, quite a bit had to go via the original housing developers which caused some unexpected blocks from time to time which we hadn’t envisaged. Because of this it took longer than expected. However, throughout, Aksah was very hard working and quick to respond, going above and beyond the normal office hours to do so. House transactions are stressful at the best of times but Aksah was always very polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Just to add, the fees were roughly in line with our expectations.

My experience was very good with curtis law solicitors. Saher Iftikar who was the solicitor who handled my purchase for a property was very quick and professional. I was told from the sellers that they may put the house back on the market if the purchase wasn't quick, Saher ensured a rapid purchase for my house with all correspondence being met very quickly.
