Last year I willing to buy a house. And I turned to Curtis Law Solicitors. So I would like to express my gratitude to some of the employees. Ben was the first person (onboarding team) I talked to about the cost of conveyancing services and lots of others and kindly got all my questions answered. And then Cherish as a conveyancer was involved in the preparation for the purchase the house and the completion. I can say the work carried out by Cherish was just outstanding. She was always in touch, always answered all my questions, and helped me understand some processes. The Seller's Solicitor job was unbelievably unprofessional, ignored my lawyer's requests for days and etc., but thanks to Cherishes professionalism, the purchase, exchange and completion went through as planned. Therefore, I can highly recommend Curtis law Solicitors. And once again huge thanks Ben and Cherish for their excellent attitude towards the client, regardless of the sum in invoice (I have bought a very inexpensive house).

I was trying to recover close to £9000 from a company against which I had won a county court judgement a year ago, but was failing to do so on my own. I sought the help of Bethany Wetherby-Green and within weeks I had my money. Thank you so much to her for removing this tension and worry - on an issue which I had almost given up hope of resolving. She was persistent with the debtor, constantly chasing them up by both phone and email and demanding dates for payment. Importantly, she constantly kept me informed of progress which on its own was reassuring. And her fee was extremely reasonable. Recommend highly.

Buying and selling always has its concerns
however Curtis Law the team are amazing. They will treat the whole process as if it is their home they are buying and selling and that is an understatement. My purchase and sale was dealt with Juber and Aksah both worth their wight in gold and that’s an understatement. Fees are good no unexpected surprises what so ever the whole process even with challenges achieves results from start to finish everyone ends up with a happy smile. A Warning to Others

I'm deeply disappointed with the level of communication I've encountered during my house purchase journey with Curtis Law. The lack of confirmation regarding the steps has left me in a state of uncertainty making it impossible to make any progress.

Trying to reach out to this company has been incredibly challenging as my numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. Despite my efforts to seek clarification on the steps through email I haven't received any response leaving me unaware of the status of my case.

The service I've received has been subpar. It has led me to a point where I can no longer continue working with this company for my house purchase. It's important to highlight that once they accept your case communication becomes almost non existent. The long delays in their responses can stretch over six months putting your property transactions at risk. In my situation I had no choice but to switch solicitors due to these delays and the potential sale jeopardy.

Unfortunately I feel compelled to share my experience with Curtis Laws customer service and their significant lack of responsiveness, through this review platform.
It's important that prospective clients understand the challenges they might face if they decide to use their services. I want to share my experience and advise you to be cautious when considering Curtis Law for your requirements.

I just completed on a property and I have to say the service from Curtis Law was second to none. A huge thank you to Cherish Ellis for the service that was given. Lost my emails when corresponding with them, could not make a meeting that was confirmed as my email confirming had “gone amiss” lost my bank statements resulting in needing to send again even though they were tracked.. awful communication and even though have verified bank details and have passport and bank statements to give deposit back they ask for more bank statements and photo ID. Absolutely useless do not recommend think they learnt law on a free internet course.

I used Curtis Law for my claim after my car crash, Louis’s Lawson was the lady that took on my claim, she helped me from start to finish making sure I was understanding every bit of information that was sent over, all forms etc. Helped me throughout the whole process and was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for any better soliciter for my situation.
