Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the item queries wasn’t ideal. Due to the items being sent to an external distribution centre in preparation for the date of auction, we were unable to provide additional information at the time, as they were no longer in our possession.

We try our best to include detailed descriptions and photos in our catalogue which is open 10 days prior to the auction date, to allow more time for any queries regarding the lots. If you’d like to share specific details or have questions you feel would be helpful to include in our listings, please feel free to send us a private message. We’d really appreciate your input.
