I’ve ordered several different items from Custom Cuff and have been very satisfied with their promptness and the quantity of their products each and every time.

I will write due to my very bad experience

I ordered on 24th of April
And today is 19th of May
And I didn’t receive my purchase until now !

It’s around a month and there’s no update since 5th of May

I have sent more than 5 messages and no one helped or tried to figure it out !

Finally, after the 6th message someone told me u have to contact Saudi Post
Then, I contacted them and they said (the package is returned back this is because CustomCuff put a blurred Postal sticker so we couldn’t reach u then we returned the package back) !!!

Is this my problem????!!!! The is very very neglected behavior and very bad customer service

They missed up one of my important occasions of my life

I don’t recommend CustomCuff at all
Especially if you are looking for gift for a special or an important occasion

I ordered an engraved bracelet for myself after my uncle died suddenly. I took something he wrote from a birthday card he sent me. I was so excited for it to arrive and it did not disappoint when it did. It is the most meaningful piece of jewellery I own, and I will treasure it forever. Ich habe für meinen Jahrestag eine Halskette bestellt, die jedoch nie ankam. Die Post gab an, dass es bei der Zustellung einen Fehler gab und das Paket nach Portugal zurückgeschickt wurde. Von der Firma selbst habe ich diesbezüglich keine Benachrichtigung erhalten - nur eine Mail, dass die Bestellung zugestellt wurden, jedoch zeigt der Standort der Lieferung deutlich, dass sie sich in Lissabon befindet und nicht in Wien, wie von mir erwartet...Beim Kundenservice erhielt ich KEINE Antwort auf meine Anfragen per E-Mail. Ich habe 80€ bezahlt und das Produkt nie erhalten. Sehr enttäuschend.

The portuguese delivery company was unable to deliver my necklace in Germany, though the adress is 100% correct.
CustomCuff did not respond to my inquiry via Mail at all.
So far I can just tell everyone not to order there! Very unsatisfied.

Bought my first necklace donkey years ago, it lasted so long but the chain was broken due to an unfortunate incident. Replaced with a sports necklace but still haven’t get over it when I wear casual or formal clothes. Therefore, I decided to buy again cz I really miss the necklace by custom cuff.

Excellent customer service team who went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my product purchased! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Customcuff made a mistake on my engraving of a pendant I ordered from them. I emailed them twice about having them send me a replacement pendant with the correct engraving and they have never responded. I will not be recommending them.

The ordering process went really well and smoothly. But the shipping time. Disappointing. Opted for the fast shipping and paid extra and still haven’t really gotten anything after 2 weeks. I just want my order
