Excellent and prompt service
I selected a difficult to source part and it was dispatched to me efficiently and promptly, probably quicker than finding the part in a local shop. Straight into the garage and fitted it!

Stronglight 130mm Dural 5083 Chainring replaces Shimano O.E. chainring perfectly
I needed a front chainring for a Carrera Subway1 which had worn-out a black 52T Shimano SG original equipment chainring. The Stronglight 50T chainring reviewed here is running well with a new KMC 8.99 silver chain and new SRAM 12T-32T rear cassette. After 3 months of use in wet conditions it is quiet and faultless. It is a perfect substitute for the Shimano; it took an automotive black spray paint on the dural surfaces, with no obvious wear-and-tear to the cosmetic alteration to date.
Delivery by Royal Mail 24 brilliant as usual; website and retailer meets a high standard. A thoroughly recommended product.

Great service via eBay shop
First time I've come across Customised Bikes; I was on eBay looking for a chainring, and they had a Stronglight one in the size I wanted at the best price. It arrived within 2 days. I'll certainly use them again.

First time shopper- very happy too!
I bought a seat post from Customised Bikes. It arrived promptly and was incredibly well packaged. The price was absolutely excellent too and I will certainly be using CB again!
The actual seat post was a fairly basic aluminium model so there isn't too much to say about that other than the fact is exactly as I had hoped it would be.
