Customised Bikes

Found the part I wanted on Customised Bikes' website at the best price I'd seen. Called them up to ask whether it was actually in stock, was treated in an efficient friendly and courteous manner and given quick and accurate information. I ordered the bit online and it arrived within the said time. Best of all I didn't have to pay postage. Couldn't have asked for more. This was far far superior to the service I got from Evans the last time I bought from them. Perfect!

I recently bought a headset and the price was better than anyone else could offer. Great item and even better price. They're now on my favourites. Thanks

First dealings with this business and I cannot fault their service.Product was ordered and quickly despatched without any problems. Would recommend and use again myself.

I have bought from this company a few times, most recently I completely mucked up my order on eBay and they sorted it immediately, refunding me with in the day. I subsequently ordered another part and it came well within their own estimate. Fast, efficient and great value quality products.

I will be back

First class service through eBay, always informed of what stage the purchase was at and felt the honesty and integrity of the company from day one. Can't ask for anything more from the retailer and would not hesitate to recommend to the wider web community to use this supplier with confidence.

Very quick post and very good product.

O.K. I only ordered 1 small item, but the process was smooth and easy. A Sram Quickview Garmin Edge 200 was delivered within 36 hours. I've tried other mounts, but I've found the Sram far and away the best for ease of fitment and position of the edge 200, which is raised slightly higher than others I've tried. So good I've just ordered another

Item was exactly as described with free postage which is always a bonus! Delivery was very prompt and the item was well packaged.
Great service would definitely recommend and will use again

Many thanks to you all, this was my first purchase from you and I have already recommended you to friends. First class service and product, excellent communication highly recommend to all.

Thanks again

Great service from Customised Bikes chainring delivered earlier than expected

Fast and efficient service. Fast international postage. Good prices. Very happy with seller and purchased item

Items description was complete, support was fast and the item received was as described. Delivery was fast too.

Good price found for the ITM components I was looking to purchase. Including shipping cost to USA. Communication and service is great and have confidence in Customized Bikes as a posed to Ebay vendor.

First order with Customised Bikes, but won't be the last.

They have a good range of parts/accessories, not the cheapest, but it all looks to be good quality gear, unlike most of the cheaper stuff on ebay.

Quick, easy to use, everything explained, they even contacted me prior to build to check all the sizes.
Very quick

Item was well packed and delivery much faster than expected.

My first purchase with Customised Bikes guys and I was not disappointed. Quick despatch and items were as described. Thank you

Ordered on-line, arrived quickly and fitted just so. Will be using these guys again!

I have recently discovered Customised bikes and found they are great for unique items you don't find in everyday shops.
I had an issue with a discount code they offered me but without hesitation resolved my problem.
I would definitely recommend Customised bikes and will be using them again.
