The customer service team were great talking me through the measurement specifications..which helped by the specialist drawing design of the different mattress shapes…when the mattress came it fitted perfectly on our caravan and the texture of the memory foam feels amazing i can’t wait to sleep on it….

Perfect Bed for my Campervan.

The process was easy, I sent over a rough sketch in my initial email. I later received a phone call, where they explained the different price options and thickness'.
I then supplied a more detailed drawing as my campervan has many angles. Nothing was a problem. We confirmed all this via email and a few calls. The process only took a few days and the mattress was delivered about 10 days from initial contact. Then mattress is perfect and sooooo comfy. Its actually better than my bed at home!

After years of trying to sleep on multiple cushions pushed together in our caravan — and waking up with sore backs more often than not — we finally decided it was time for a proper made‑to‑measure mattress. The measuring instructions on the website were really clear and easy to follow, which took all the stress out of getting the size right.

The mattress arrived quickly, communication throughout was excellent, and most importantly, it fits absolutely perfectly. The difference in comfort is unbelievable. Here’s to many comfortable, restful nights in the caravan.

They were super helpful. I chose this business as the reviews were really great and they more than lived up to them. I got plenty of help and advice. They were responsive without being pushy and made sure they knew and I got exactly what I wanted.

The mattress is a dream to sleep on! So comfy, I used to wake every morning with a bad back but that doesn't happen at all it's the perfect fit. I went for vertical split and it's super simple to put away every day, I thought I'd find it a faff but as it's zipped it's really used to flip it over and is so worth it as it's super king size.

I'd never bought a new mattress in my life and am so glad I splashed out with this one! Couldn't recommend more highly!

From my first phone call to final delivery the service really impressed. Gavin and Myles gave well-informed advice to ensure the mattress would match its irregular frame in our motor home and it's a perfect fit. We haven't slept on it yet but the feel and look are luxurious and really inviting. We're confident it will transform our frequent camping trips!

Had a bit of trouble getting the right mattress firmness initially, but this has since been rectified and I'm now very pleased with the end result and the helpfulness of the staff.

The whole experience from initial contact through to delivery was handled very professionally. Useful advice and tips enabled us to select the correct mattress for our needs and the guidance on measuring for non-standard sizes was thorough. All in all a good business to deal with.

Wow! What a mattress! We ordered a custom size mattress for our narrowboat last October. I thought I would wait a while before reviewing. We are both extremely happy with it. We both have different types of back issues and hip and knee issues too and we've found the mattress to be amazingly comfortable. For the first 2 months infact we found it hard to get anything done because we just kept going back to bed to lie down to ease our pain. Highly recommend, we also bought 2 x fitted sheets which fit perfectly and are very well made and extremely good quality. Myles was very friendly and great to do business with, not at all pushy but full of good advice to help us choose the correct density for our needs, which we really appreciated.

We’ve been looking for a super king mattress for a long time. We tried some of the brands advertised online and didn’t get on with the comfort.

Ordered the best one on offer and have to say that I couldn’t be happier with the product, the service and the delivery! First class service from a friendly team. Would highly recommend!

I have had 2 mattresses from other companies which I have not found comfortable, I contacted Gavin and myles who offered me to visit their friendly office to try out the different tensions of mattresses

I decided on the top of the range cool mattress which was delivered within 2 weeks and I must say it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had

Ordering advice, customer service and support was excellent. Supported to make right choice for my caravan mattress . Supported through the measuring and double checking . Production was swift and delivery arrived in perfect condition. After sales checking in around fitting all five star.. The mattress is 20cm very luxury feel high quality with a protective cover, better than anticipated for the price. Would use the company again for any type of mattress.

From 1st contact while away in France to picking up our new mattress, the customer service has been excellent. Our old motorhome mattress (origonal 2013 Rapido mattress) had had its day and we went with Custom Sized Beds, due to their reviews and various recommendations. We were not disappointed. I have a Elddis CV80 campervan based on a Fiat Ducato van. The bed is made up from the seat cushions of the two sofas in the rear lounge, which aren't very supportive and leave the bed with joints that sink and give me back ache. Since I leave the bed made up all the time, I decided to get a made-to-measure mattress from Custom Size Beds. The quality is amazing and the service is second to none. No more back ache!

This company is great! They will accommodate any requirements with a friendly service. I ordered my mattress to fold in half to fit on my sliding bed in my self converted van. The mattresses are very comfy and great quality. Greatly recommend and would definitely use again!
