We did order the specific brand 150mm


We did order the specific brand 150mm Celotex insulation but you delivered rectical 150mm insulation and when I spoke about it with the delivery person he said they are the third party so he can’t take it back!!! Even on my invoice it was showing 150mm Celotex insulation. I can attach the picture of the invoice. So it was really strange and disappointing for me , even after paying the full amount of money and received the different stuff.

Hi,

I remember this order.

You ordered 4 X packs Kingspan k103 75mm and 3 sheets Celotex 150mm.

You paid for asap delivery so we got this out for you next day.

Your email inbox was showing as FULL and all emails were undeliverable, in the end I sent you a text with the datasheet showing it is identical and if there were any problems you could return these, free of charge.

We can get Celotex, but they are on a 7-10 day lead time currently.

Didn't send what was ordered

Ordered various quantities of celotex in different thickness. Arrived nice and quick, but it's all Recticel and the large quantity of 25mm I ordered they sent 20mm instead. I'll stick with my usual supplier.

Good job!

Good comms on delivery date, arrived when the shipper said and the driver assisted with unloading. All the sheets were in good condition with maybe a couple of sheets with some slight damage. All in all a great experience.

On the whole good service

On the whole good service. However out of the batch of insulation I received one was definitely old. Different colour. Two insulation boards were very wrinkled with obvious internal breaks. A few of the plasterboards were stained and a few more had chips out of tapered sides which is annoying but manageable.
