the delivery driver hit the fork lift


the delivery driver hit the fork lift truck to the shutter and damaged it I have contacted the shutter company and they have invoiced me. both the driver and myself took photogragh evidence .I tried to report it by phone but no one to answer.I shall try today .

As discussed I am personally going to deal with this. We used a third party delivery company for this order and they are aware of this incident.

They are downloading the delivery video and will investigate this, and then let me know the outcome.
