I am writing regarding the invoice sent to me. I dispute this invoice and any claim of debt.
At the time of creating my CV, I was not clearly informed that your service required a paid subscription. This is misleading and amounts to a hidden subscription trap. I never gave my informed consent to enter into a paid contract.
I am therefore not liable for any payment, including so-called "reminder" or "collection" fees. Forcing me to pay in order to unsubscribe is also against EU and UK consumer protection laws.
I request:
1. Immediate cancellation of any account or subscription in my name.
2. Written confirmation that no further payment is required.
3. Deletion of my personal data under GDPR Article 17, except what you are legally required to keep.
If you continue to pursue this unjustified demand, I will have no choice but to report your practices to Citizens Advice UK, the European Consumer Centre, and relevant authorities. Many customers have already complained about your misleading practices, and I am prepared to add my formal complaint.

don’t use this website…
don’t use this website i am now having post sent to my door about having to apparently pay a some of €83.64 within a certain time or they will take action. i would hope that they can see this review and would just like to address that i am a MINOR and was told this was completely free of charge now i feeling scared although i genuinely shouldn’t be as i’ve not agreed to anything and i’ve also went back and cancelled said subscription about a month or 2 ago and i still keep getting this i have been intouch with my bank and made them aware of the situation and my parents will be getting intouch with the police if any further threats or invoices come through. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT SAFE. THEY TRY TO STEAL YOU MONEY. THEY THREATEN YOU ALSO.

Awful
Took money out of my bank £7.50 day after day even when irs not meant to do that. Also wouldn’t let me cancel because I didn’t get a reference number and when I’ve emailed them they take a while to answer back just so they can take money out again and again. Took my details out and still somehow took money out of my bank all together it’s taken £30 when I’ve emailed many times to say I want it cancelled. I tried to ring them and it always says that the call is unavailable so I will be wanting a refund as it said it was for free at the start.

I would like to point out that during the ordering process, the consumer agrees that he/she is 18 years of age or older. This is why we have started the subscription.
However, we would like to offer you a solution as a gesture of goodwill. If you or the person who requested the subscription is a minor, we kindly ask you to send a copy of your ID to our email address. When sharing this copy, we ask you to make important information such as your social security number, document number, passport photo, and issue/expiration date invisible. We only need your full name and date of birth. After verifying your age, we will cancel the subscription and any outstanding costs if necessary.
We are happy to resolve this for you!
Intrusive, Deceptive Service I think
For some reason I do not know how my email got to these guys and now they even send threatening emails of reporting to agencies!! I mean how? I do not even need you as I do not have a need for a CV yet, how on earth am I even to pay for a thing I do not have an idea about in the first place? Until this morning, I have always flagged their email as scam even then I took a minute to read the content in my spam only to read the threatening email!!

En gros tout commence au mois de novembre décembre 2024 je crée mon CV sur leur site et pour le télécharger il me demande un abonnement je le fais pas tout de suite parce qu'il me donne pas de coordonnées bancaires donc je vais pas tout de suite il me met connectez-vous donc je me connecte et là et là au mois de janvier 2025 je reçois un email vous avez 30 € à payer parce que vous avez activé un abonnement donc je leur réponds je veux résilier l'abonnement et après il me laisse tranquille arrivé au mois de juillet 2025 il me renvoie un email et il faut payer 300 € ou sinon autrement vous aurez des problèmes juridiques exetera et moi je lui réponds je n'ai pas d'argent pour payer je n'ai jamais mis ma carte bancaire dessus et cetera donc ne payez pas voilà et je leur réponds je n'ai pas de sous voilà j'ai pas de quoi te payer j'ai pas de taf et cetera je voulais juste faire mon CV arrivée le 29 août 2025 je reçois un email faut payer faut payer 30 € en plus sinon vous aurez des frais juridique donc je commence à croire que je vais porter plainte à la police pour arnaque car normalement un abonnement c'est avec des frais bancaires à mettre directement dessus alors que là ils m'ont pas demandé ma carte bancaire donc je commence à croire que je vais porter plainte à la police malheureusement donc voilà

Scammers, do not visit their website, because at first they said free Cv make and after i was done in about a month they started asking me for money and every month they be doubling it. I wish i can this scammer so i can punish him

Achtung Betrug!
Im April habe ich aufeinmal eine Email bekommen, dass ich 30€ ausstehende Abokosten habe. Da ich die Seite nie aufgerufen habe, warum auch, ich habe einen Job, hat es mich gewundert. Als Antwort auf meine Nachfragen kamen nur halbkräftige Antworten, welche immer die selben waren, egal was man geschrieben hat. Auf Frage nach einem Vertrag, wurde mir ein Screenshot gesendet, welcher meine Aktivität über ein merkwürdiges Programm zeigte. Eine Bestätigung per Email oder einen rechtlich aufgesetzten Vertrag gab es nie. Nur gleich die Rechnung. Seit April rede ich da gegen die Wand und mir wird mit Inkassobüro gedroht! Ich hoffe es ändert sich jetzt mal was!

Schicken Sie mir doch mal einen Gerichtlichen Mahnbescheid. Dann geht die Nummer etwas schneller.

Jag bestrider er faktura och alla påståenden om betalningsskyldighet.
Ni har inte kunnat visa något giltigt avtal som uppfyller lagens krav på tydlig information och uttryckligt samtycke.
Jag vill vara mycket tydlig:
Utan bevis på ett giltigt avtal är ert krav helt ogrundat.
Era fortsatta krav trots bestridande kan betraktas som olagliga och vilseledande affärsmetoder.
Jag har redan informerat Polisen och Konsumentverket om ärendet, och jag kommer även att skicka in ärendet till både Inkassoinspektionen och ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) om ni inte omedelbart upphör med dessa falska krav.
Detta är min sista varning:
Om inte fakturan makuleras omedelbart, kommer jag att gå vidare juridiskt.
Kontakta mig inte igen om det inte gäller en bekräftelse på att fakturan är borttagen.

Cette société ne respecte pas les règles légales d’un abonnement payant. Ils prétendent que vous avez souscrit avec votre “consentement” simplement en cochant une case, alors qu’en droit français et européen un abonnement payant exige obligatoirement un contrat signé ou au minimum la saisie et la confirmation des coordonnées bancaires du consommateur (article L221-14 du Code de la consommation).
Aucune coordonnée bancaire n’a été fournie ni aucun contrat signé, pourtant des factures et menaces de recouvrement sont envoyées. Il s’agit d’une pratique commerciale abusive et illégale.
Ne payez jamais, ils ne peuvent rien faire

Infelizmente usei esse site para um simples cv que era gratis 14 dias! Cancelei antes de passar o prazo de pagamento e acontece que todos os dias enviam emails a cobrar mas ja cancelei inclusive ja pedi ajuda ao paypal e vou avancar para a policia! Aconselho que façam o mesmo porque eles se recusam a cancelar as subscrições.
