Good all round service
No complaints at all. I ordered two items and they let me know very quickly that one of them was no longer available. As it was a Christmas present it was important to immediately know what my next step had to be, and CVP's efficiency made room for that and immediately set up the refund for that part of the order. So, good all round.

Unfortunately it had an issue. So, I had to return it. I contacted staff and they sorted my return and exchange smoothly. I'm super happy with the experience and recommend getting in touch with them if you are looking for advice or to place an order. You'll be a satisfied customer.
