No response and £1000 out of pocket EDITED
We ordered various items including a cine lens from CVP in February after chatting through options with a CVP sales rep at the BSC show. The lens has never arrived. It was two months after taking the money for the order and after multiple ignored emails that CVP informed us that they had supply issues and now wouldn't be able to source the lens unless we were happy to accept a reduction in service and take it on a 'no returns accepted' basis.
We responded same day that we would go with a different lens set for the production instead, however this email has been ignored for the last week, as well as the follow up email.
Not acceptable at all that CVP have been holding ~£1000 of our funds for the last ten weeks and can't even respond to our emails.
EDIT; CVP have now responded, refunded the elusive item and sent a gesture of goodwill to make up for the errors. Thank you for sorting this out.

Always order from CVP, on this occasion was only a relatively low priced mic lead, but was sorted, supplied and delivered with the same professionalism as some high end video gear, delivered next day. Always awesome service, never go anywhere else.
