Sent a defective item which to there credit they are in the process of replacing, but the process of replacing it was painful and the helpdesk assistant bilial was terrible

I ordered my brand new Panasonic VXF1…
I ordered my brand new Panasonic VXF1 camcorder from CVP on the 18th of September 2024 they had to get it directly from Japan the price was the same and in some cases less than for a second-hand one and it arrived on the 23rd... 5 days!! Unbelievable!! What a fantastic company, I will use them again and again...
