Neil the surveyor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The report was produced in a timely manner and was clear and easy to understand. Neil was able and very willing to answer the few follow up questions we had.

Very happy with the survey carried out. The surveyor, Victoria Bocock, was very approachable, friendly and professional. On a few occasions I contacted her for further information and advice, via email and phone. Each time she provided me with all the answers to my questions.

I used CWH Surveyors recently for a house purchase following a recommendation I received from a family member. Throughout the process I found the team friendly and professional. The survey was booked in promptly and I was kept informed of timescales throughout the process.

When the report was received I feel the level of detail that Robert went into with the survey was excellent and helped highlight areas that I need to look into. As part of the sales process I had an issue crop up that required a bit of further discussion with an expert. I was able to later clarify that issue with another surveyor (as Robert was unavailable at the time). I was very impressed with the level of detail the survey provided and I feel the survey was performed at a fair price. All in all I was very happy with the service

Because of the age and size of the building we were looking to purchase, we went for a Level 3 Survey. From start to finish, the surveyor (Phillip) kept us informed of the process. Once completed, he carefully explained his findings and the potential impact on the building's structure.

The surveyor was courteous and professional. The report was produced in good time and gave us a clear insight, through clear descriptions and photographs, into the condition of the property. This enabled us to make decision to proceed with the purchase without delay.

The initial telephone contact provided us with a good overview of the service the company provided to enable us to choose the correct survey level. The survey report gave us a clear indication of the condition of the property and recommendations for further investigations. From this we were able to seek assurances from our solicitor.

Lots of detail. Got the roof repaired. Good contact with surveyor. Would have liked a bit more detail re boring insects in garage. Handy to know about bathroom access and trip hazard. On the whole a worthwhile experience if a bit overpriced. Might consider another company next time due to price.

We were presented with a professional Level 3 Home Survey Report based on a thorough inspection of the Property. As a result we were able to make a reasoned and informed decision as to whether we would further our interest in the property. The report comprised guidance on planning for repairs, maintenance and/or upgrading the property. In addition to providing advice on the condition of the whole of the property it outlined the identifiable risk of potential or hidden defects while proposing the most probable cause(s) of the defects.
Upon receipt of the report we contacted the Surveyor Richard to help us fully understand the likelihood of the costs and timescale for identified repairs and
necessary work. Richard provided a very professional response and made recommendations as to any further actions for us to take before
committing to a purchase.

I received a very well set out comprehensive level 2 report from Myles on the property I was hoping to purchase. The report was written in a way that I could easily understand and was able to negotiate a further reduction of £8k in the purchase price. Good communication, polite and helpful.
