Excellent Jewellers
I recently bought jewellery from the C W Sellors branch in Bakewell and received excellent customer service from start to finish from Peter, he couldn’t have delivered a better service. Peter has been extremely helpful, he helped me choose a set of Blue John jewellery for a relatives special birthday, I was able to choose the stone colour I wanted, the jewellery was then made as a special order with this particular stone. When I went in to pick up the jewellery I was absolutely delighted with it, it was exactly what I wanted, a truly beautiful set of jewellery has been made, the quality and craftsmanship are excellent. I know the recipient of this gift will be totally thrilled with it. I have been very impressed with this jewellers, the choice, the quality and service are all fabulous!

Visiting bakewell for a birthday…
Visiting bakewell for a birthday weekend. Could not fault the service from Peter, thoughtful, considerate and helpful. Bought a beautiful Blue John necklace and ring. Love the jewellery and overall experience. Felt very spoilt on my birthday.

Fantastic Service and expert cleaning
I needed my jewelry cleaned and my necklace shortened and the clasp fixing, and all three things were done expertly. Holly in Matlock was absolutely fantastic at listening to what I needed and ensuring it was done in a super quick time. Highly recommend.

Warm professional service and a great ring!
We called in to the Ashbourne store and were very well looked after by Holly, who provided a friendly, professional service and a great price on a beautiful ring. She even managed to get ring resized in quick time by the local workshop as we were only in the area for a few days on holiday. Great service and a beautiful ring!

The best jeweller
Called in at the Bakewell branch to wish them well following the buyout. The staff there are so very nice and always helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I've had numerous watches from there, my wife has just bought a diamond bracelet and my daughter and her partner have bought an engagement ring and two wedding rings. We don't use any other jeweller. 10/10

CW Sellors have a great variety of exquisite jewellery and have one of the best collections of FOPE. I made purchases from CW Sellors before and every time they treated me as a very special customer. I got beautiful earrings and Harriet was very helpful and professional with support online and by email. The earrings arrived very quickly with next day delivery and are perfect and beautiful.
