Only issue I had was I ordered a helmet and all went through. Found out 2 weeks later that it was out of stock. Everything else I ordered was with me and great. Customer service was great and answered any questions I had. Really pleased and happy

Purchased a great value child's Frog bike from UK Cycle Centre. Very happy with the bike and the service we received.

Bike arrived late 1 day, with slashed tire and missing swingarm and bottom tube guards. Bars weren't set straight and bolts in the stem were above torque specs.
Bose's for rear brake and rear derailleur are routed internally very poorly entering frame on wrong side (left leaver hose entering left hand side rather then right and same with rear derailleur).
Also dropper post and saddle and front tire different then advertised but this turned up better for my preference.
On the other hand new tire and protectors for the frame should be with me within a week I hope.
Generally bike has not been serviced or / and put together by cytech 3 technician as advertised that's simply impossible.
Overall quite poor experience for the second time out of two but at least love the bike and being technician myself will be able to see over routing and stem issues.

Quick despatch and was effective at problem sorting too

Bought a set of wheels. Great price. Had a hiccup on the website buying them (more due to external card verifying element) but customer services helped and sorted straight away. Very friendly staff. Arrived very quickly and safely packed. I would buy from again without worry. Love my new wheels

Placed an order & had to wait 3-4 weeks. Wasn't contacted & kept up to date on the order had to chase to c where it was. When finally sorted it was coming was told something would be put in the box for compensation but nothing

Great response when asking about stock. Bikes arrived within a couple of days. Can't fault anything

Chatted with a sales guy on their chat line. I ordered a set of Hope wheels and then needed a pair of 27inch Hans Damf to go with them. So the sales guy suggested I go tubeless, which i already do, but he said they would do it for me at a saving of £70 including labour, they would arrive already setup and ready to go. Great for me deal done. Good saving of time a money right there.

So I go onto the website add all the items to the basket, which is normal except their website only had 26" old versions of the Hans Damf tires. "Don't worry add them to your basket - I will amend the order and we will give you the new version of the Hans Damf at the old price and do the tubeless setup" says the sales chap online. Excellent more savings.... So i do this. Fork over the cash and wait.... a little longer than expected but i put this down to the courier. What arrives, the Hope 27.5" wheels and, yes you guessed it, 26" Hans Damf tires. And to top it off they obviously weren't setup tubeless ready to go.

So, I could send it all back and get them to get them to change the tires, do the tubeless setup, and then get them to sent back. That would take over a week if not longer if the delivery times are anything to go by and I have riding to do. So I chatted to a guy online and he said email Matt. Matt's response was that I ordered the 26inch tires, but he thinks there was lack of coms between online team and the warehouse. Seems there was no amend to my order. Instead of offering a fast track service to sort this out he simply said send them back for a refund. I should have just ordered direct from Chain Reaction as it would have saved me time and money.

When ordering parts website stated 48-72 hour delivery after a week I sent email and received a call stating they would arrive the following Wednesday 2 weeks have passed still nothing no communication from company DO NOT USE
I ordered parts else were and they arrived 2 days later

Bought a used Intense Recluse through U.K. Cycle centre and the transaction was seamless (bike arrived the next day!) and it's brilliant. Can't fault any part of my experience with this company!

2 different orders cancelled by UK Cycle Center and I was told by a member of staff they have the right to keep my money for 28 days. Just a MESSY BUSINESS!!!

My items arrived promptly, the was one thing I had ordered that was missing but a quick phone call resolved it with minimum fuss. Very reliable.

I've got wrong color my 100% goggles and send email to exchange them, had one email back and when I asked about postage label been ignored. I've called and after talk I've been told to wait for email back and after a week still nothing. Have to call tomorrow again.

I ordered a Race face handlebar: exactly as described and I'm extremely pleased. I cannot recommend UK Cycle Centre enough.
