Cycliq responded quickly when I needed a replacement part. I am very pleased with their service.

My camera had an issue that seemed like water ingress after about 18 months of using it. Even though it was out of warranty, Cycliq went out of their way to replace it. They have actually replaced a few through the years. their customer service has always been helpful and gotten me a replacement as soon as possible! They are great to deal with, and quick to troubleshoot. Thanks

I have a light that is faulty and still within its warranty period. Cycliq have asked that I send them the unit at my own expense, bearing in mind its faulty, wait for it though this is the best bit…. I have to send it back to AUSTRALIA from the UK at my own expense for a FAULTY product.

I Informed Cycliq that I had an issue with the mechanical mount on my FLY12 Sport. While the unit was just out of the 1 year warranty period, Cycliq stood behind their product, replacing the unit. Thank you

Originally ordered a bundle and only received a front camera and cover. with 7 out of 9 items missing. Delivery was delayed and contained no paperwork such as order details, shipping list etc

I immediately contacted Cycliq on Friday and although dont work weekends ignored my emails, facebook messages etc me until Tuesday when I placed a negative review here. (From the response below, I didnt realise Monday is part of the weekend in Australia)

There was some communication to resolve the issue and they have now sent the missing items (still no paperwork included.

The really need to sort out there UK distribution, at least include a shipping form that is checked against the order to make sure this kind of thing doesnt happen again.

They really let themselves down with this order.

Moved my review from a 1 to 3 because it was sorted eventually. Cant give a 4 or 5 because the issue should simply never happened.

Unfortunately I have no had to revert to a 1 star as the product quality is just rubbish. After 2 weeks, the spring door of my camera stuck and wont open at all. so now I have to undo 2 screws holding the door to try and access the charging port. the small spring that is meant to lift the door is just woeful.... I dread having to deal with customer support over this

AVOID these devices at all costs.

Thanks for the first class service in following up on problem with the quick release on my Fly12 The replacement of the whole item was unexpected, and done with a smile. The chance to visit where you guys work was a pleasant bonus.

O melhor produto que tenho é encontrei nesta gama. Simplesmente não passo sem a usar nas minhas actividades. Não prescindo dos produtos. Já tive necessidade de comprar outra e não hesitei em adquirir o produto mais recente. Com os dois produtos que tem para venda, câmara frontal e traseira não existe melhor. E o atendimento pós venda tem sido o melhor e muito rápido nas soluções quando existem problemas. Super recomendado.

This is a great product and now with the fly6 pro benefiting of downloading footage straight to your phone. The price is comparative as if you were unfortunate enough to have to use the footage in any situation it would far out-way the investment.

My Fly6 ce stopping working it would have to be at least 6 years old I contacted cycliq to see if we could get it operational again. Unfortunately we couldn’t but they were prompt in all communications and offered me a discount on a new 6 which I am looking forward to using

I have the FLY12CE it is a great product, I use everyday for commuting and on the weekends for rides. I feel safer with it. The Cycliq support is great whenever I have a problem or a question, even from Europe to Australia

I had a technical issue with my Fly6 Gen 3, after a few months of not using it from new, when I recovered from an injury and decided to se my camera, it did not function properly. The customer service team was resposive and always very supportive. They guided me hand-in-hand to run different tests and finally get to the bottom of the problem, that at the end was the SD memory card.
After finding out the problem they offered to send me a brand new SD card, that it is on its way right now!

After using the Cycliq Fly 12 for about 4 years, and about 35,000km, the on off button broke. I messaged Cycliq, and it was fixed with a new case for the cost of postage.

I've been a Cycliq customer since 2015. Bought the first gen Fly12 & Fly6.
Had my Fly12 sport since December 2022. Its been flawless, whilst I've been using it. The last 9 months though its been laying around as I recover from an accident. Finally got back on the bike only to realise that the rear LCD screen was not working.
I made contact with Cycliq, ran a few tests as, prompted, then told it would be exchanged.
No quibble/arguing long drawn out debate.
I dealt with Roger who's been excellent.

Great support, dealt with my issue really well getting me back out on the road. Cycliq have been part of my bike setup for years, the camera lights are obviously built by cyclists and just work, have a good battery life and are easy to fit to the bike. The icing on the cake is the level of support. Worth the money simply the best bike camera / lights available.
