Dishonest and lousy company
Dishonest and lousy company. I ordered a magazine that arrived crumpled and folded up into a package HALF the size of the magazine. I tried to contact customer support through email 4-5 times, and I got ONE response that asked for pictures. After sending pictures of the damaged product, there has been NO response at all. I tried multiple times to post a review of the product on the website itself, and funnily enough, there is no post to be found! I wonder what their reviews would say if they actually allowed negative reviews from verified purchasers to be shown.
Edit: 6/28/2023 - While the company responded saying to message them on IG or FB, their handles are not available on their website (how are matters "mostly handled" on those platforms if that info is not in their website FAQs) or in their reply. Also there was no response as to not allowing negative reviews on their website.

You won't receive anything from this place for over 2 months at least. And they won't give you a full refund unless you get a 3rd party involved.
Please take the advice from the reviews, and don't order here.

I ordered a bundle for the stray kids 5 star albums. I spent about £150 on them and am very upset I haven't got them. I have been given false hope. I lost my confirmation email and couldn't track my order. When I tried to reach out to Daebak a couple of weeks ago, I was ignored. I am praying that it will arrive soon and maybe someone can help me get my confirmation email back :(((

Ordered a product back in March, but nothing happened until now. Very disappointed after putting my money into this company. The last time I heard back from them was in early May, they said my order will be shipped within a few days. Now is mid-June, nothing happened and I never heard back from them. If I knew that I have to wait for this long, I wouldn’t have placed my order in the first place. Never again!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I purchased an album on March 24, 2023. I sent emails on 4/10/23, 4/29/23, 5/3/23, to check on the status of the album and I just got the "we're short staffed, and it's coming from Korea." Seeing as how it looked like I wasn't going to receive it from Daebak I went ahead and ordered the album from another site and I received it in two weeks. I sent an email on 5/15/23 to cancel the order and request a refund and got no response. The final email I sent was on 5/27/23 since I hadn't heard from them. They responded on 5/29/23. All they told me was that it may not be possible for me at the moment to receive the item I ordered. They offered to convert the balance I paid for the item onto a gift card which I see no point in doing so since they can't seem to fulfill the order I made in the first place. What I find the most irritating is the album, which is Bobby from Ikons first solo album, is shown on their site that it is in stock and ready to be shipped. Which of course it is not. I really believe this company is just a big scam. Do not order from them!!!!!!

Worst customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Placed an order in February, requested an order update in March, they told me it would take "another 2-3 weeks," and nothing happened. Emailed them again in May, and they gave me the same "another 2-3 weeks" response. It's obvious they didn't even check on the order and are just giving identical responses to customers hoping they will go away. I'm absolutely sick that I spent money on this website.

Quick response & order corrected
I emailed support because I wasn’t able to use a coupon code to receive a promotional gift from the band I wanted, there were several codes for different products and the one I chose wasn’t recognized at checkout. I explained the situation and received a prompt reply that it has been corrected and I would receive the item I wanted—it arrived last week! Excellent customer service!

Und lasst Euch von dem Kommentar nicht verarschen. Bei Social Media kommt eine automatisierte Standardantwort.
Dieses Business ist auf dem Weg in den Abgrund und da würde ich keinen Cent mehr an die zahlen.

ZERO Customer Service
Sheesh. These guys intentionally make themselves look bad for some odd reason. I mean, I get there's logistic things you guys have when receiving items from Korea, and then to ship them out individually takes time, and that's understandable, *BUT* what I don't understand is, why your Customer Service (yes, your email, your social media accounts, your feedback form on your website), has *NO RESPONSE?* We're not in the day and age where it is difficult to respond to a customer. You guys are an ONLINE RETAILER and you guys do everything uhh... ONLINE! So my question to you (if any Daebak Representative even reads this, is):
1) Why do you NOT respond to customer inquiries neither on your email or social platforms ( I've written to you on both concerning my order)
2) Why provide an update on our orders as, "FULFILLED" when the tracking number obviously shows it has not even been shipped yet? That's just low.
I gave you guys a chance, despite seeing these reviews beforehand, because I really wanted my item. But right now, I just hope I actually get my item, like preferably sooner than 5 months like many of the other complaints already said here. DAEBAK/ DAEBAK CEO: Get your act together for the sake of keeping your customers and business.

Incomplete order after 5 months to deliver and no response
They waited 5 months to deliver, and when a claim was made via Paypal, the order was sent but incomplete. I have written to them with pictures of their order package, where they mentioned that there is a missing item, but no response or responsibility for the reimbursement of this item or solution to solve the issue. NEVER AGAIN.
Update: They offered to reimburse in shop credit. After more hassle, they finally refunded the missing item via Paypal. The whole claiming process took almost 2 months.

Honestly I’m sad to see this happen to Daebak. They used to be a great company and easy to communicate with, a place where you could get things you normally couldn’t find elsewhere. However, that has changed. My last order has never arrived despite saying in stock and ready to ship(order was placed January 2023). I’ve reached out to them pointing out how it’s been three months and even pointing out how they haven’t handled things according to their own policies. They then sent me a shipping notice but it’s listed for a “dummy product” (word for word, not my choice). I still have not received my order and it is now May 2023. This was after the order before that arrived poorly packaged and damaged, but I didn’t want to blame the company for damage during shipping so I was willing to try ordering again. This was a mistake on my part. Please do not order from Daebak until they are able to make some real change and get back to fulfillment.
