I placed an order in early November 2023 and it is currently mid-January 2024 and it hasn’t even shipped. This is so far outside of their scope of how long processing can take that I am baffled. None of my previous orders have taken even close to this long either.
I contacted customer service three weeks ago, and while I did receive a prompt initial response, I haven’t heard back since making their promise to look into the situation and get back to me ASAP feel hollow. There’s also no way to navigate to a contact page on the app, so getting help is hard to do in the first place. I had to get shipping policy info from the emails asking me to review a product I never received.
I’m mad, disappointed, and my trust in Daebak is gone.

J'ai commandée la box d'hiver, les 45 euros m'ont bien été prélevés sauf que...j'écris ce commentaire près d'un mois et demi plus tard et toujours rien. J'ai envoyé un mail au service mais bien évidemment, AUCUN RETOUR ! Une belle arnaque...

You have charged me for the winter box and I still have not received my summer or fall box. I am constantly emailing and getting the runaround. This was a present for my daughter last year that she still has not received. I’ve been more than patient and now I’m super frustrated I did not have $150 just to throw out the window.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered items in January of 2023 and it was shipped out just this month (December). And to make matters worse they only delivered ONE item out of TWO I ordered. Both items cost me over 50 dollars so it is very frustrating to see this happen. I emailed them several times about my missing item and they never responded directly to my concern. They only say "Your item is delivered here is tracking!". And this is the very first time I ordered from them so it is a pretty disappointing service. I highly suggest NOT buying from them. I always give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to buying online, especially from Korean-related products but this one definitely is a hard pass. If they have items that are usually sold out, please don't buy from this cite, i can't stress enough. Save your money and time!

DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
I ordered my items almost 8 months ago and still have not received any of them. I dm them on instagram and sent an email and they never responded to either messages. I, along with other people have even left comments regarding our orders on their instagram posts. They used to be good back then, but I don’t know what happened. For anyone who is thinking of buying from them, DONT DO IT. You will be highly disappointed and angry that you gave them your money.

I ordered some products back in August and I still haven't received them. I reached out 3-4 times and they've said there were some customs issues back in October, but it's been so long since I've seen an update.

Selling items they don't have!
I ordered a magazine from them in July. After months and months, they finally came out and said they weren't even able to supply the item I'd ordered because they didn't get it! So they're out here taking people's money for items they can't even guarantee getting! They also gave me the run around about getting a refund and I had to demand the money back. They initially offered me a giftcard OR my money then tried to back up and say only giftcard. As if I'd trust them again. Do NOT!!!! shop with them, you will regret it. One star is too many for this review.

Daebak? I seriously doubt it
Quick summary—Daebak should change their name to Shibal. Daebak promises but they CANNOT deliver. They are good at enticing customers to spend their money but little do they know that they will wait forever to get their items and if you have a problem with your order, then tough because you won’t receive any help whatsoever from them. Just crickets.
In February, I placed an order. In May, the order still hadn’t shipped. I asked to cancel and Daebak said they would add more credit to my account since it was an unnatural amount of time to wait since they had supplier issues. So I placed a new order and in July, I asked about the order. I believe it finally shipped October. When I got the order on November 3, they had just thrown my order items in a bubble mailer with insufficient padding. The glass bottle of facial serum ended up crushed in transit and spilled the liquid contents all over my cookbook. The cookbook got moldy because of that and when I opened the package, because I didn’t know about the broken glass, my fingers got tiny cuts on them.
I contacted Daebak customer service multiple times about this via email and I sent photos to document the damage, but they have yet to respond. I cannot get my payment reversed from my credit card company because the 6-month period has elapsed. Already, that should be a red flag—in this day and age, what international company takes half a year to complete a transaction?!
In short, Daebak will just take your money. They don’t care about you. Just your money. They aren’t trustworthy, just a crew of shady and sketchy con-artists and criminals.

I have reached out so many times after leaving a negative review which the company responded to saying they will be able to assist with my issue once I reach out yet radio silence.
Terrible company, please don't shop from here and go through the same stress I have!!!!!!! Damaged products and terribly long delay. They don't replace, allow returns or exchanged for damaged products outside the US even though their website does not say this!!!!

I order a product from this place in August and still have not received the product. I followed up at the end of October and never received a respond. They basically just scammed me.

The absolute worst.
They never send anything you order.
Basically a criminal operation committing credit card fraud.
They still have not sent the Summer box and it is now December. Complain to your state AG about them and put them out of business.

NO albums, order showing not fulfilled, not answering email complaints and same treatment.DO NOT buy from these scammers. I have had $100 Australian dollars literally STOLEN from me. Disgraceful scam.
