STAY AWAY! False advertising and gas-lighting customer service!
I am extremely disappointed in the wide leg pants I received from Daisy grace and their poor customer service. I purchased 2 pairs of pants after seeing their advertisements on Instagram. What I received looked like a cheap copy of what was advertised on their website and on Instagram. Their pants were baggier than pictured, made from cheap fabric (although I wasn’t expecting much for the price) and most disappointing was that they have a scrunched up elasticised waist band at the back (which explains the extra material making them baggier). They look like sweat pants gone wrong. The photos are clearly either heavily photoshopped or they are photos of different pants - none of the photos on the listings show an elasticised waist band. Customer service was completely useless - they do not take complaints seriously and basically copy and paste standard responses they send to every customer who complains. When I clearly showed them images of the advertised pants that have a flat waist band compared to what I received, they didn’t address the issue at all and responded with a standard response about the pants being “constructed from good quality materials.” Despite the false advertising they refuse to pay for return shipping (which is so expensive when outside of the UK) so you are basically forced to keep a useless item you’ll never wear. So buyer beware - if u purchase from this website expect poor quality copies of other branded pants and don’t expect to get a refund bc you’ll be spending the same amount on return shipping. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from Daisy grace.

Don’t risk it! The pants I ordered were just okay, but they didn’t fit. It turns out they have a 14 day return/shipping policy that requires you to initiate via email to even receive shipping instructions. I was down to 11 days by the time I got a response from the company. As the return shipping costs are up to the buyer, I had no idea it was to be returned shipped to the UK! My shipping costs would be a wash for purchasing the item! The company offered a 10% return credit if I opted not to return the item. It’s deceptive. I’m disappointed this was backed by Oprah. What a joke.

I ordered a jacket which was great quality and really beautiful, but unfortunately too big. Customer support provided me a discount code for the purchase value to re-purchase the item in the correct size. I was pleased with the customer service.

Quality ok for the price, ans even if the item were not fit to me, the return shipment service was good.

Reviews are misleading and they remove 1 star reviews from their site.

I ordered a couple pairs of wide leg trousers and was so excited to see they had longs as I am tall. It took about 3 weeks to arrive and it came in two packages. Weird but okay. Upon opening the packages, I see I have 5 pairs of pants …2 black, 2 white, 1 beige. I did not order all of these pants. I frantically look back at my email and see two separate orders. I email them to let them know hey I have no idea how this happened, remembering during the check out process I was offered a discount on the pants I ordered, not realizing that it was charging me for the pants twice. Anyway; flash forward. I get the pants, try them on. Oh man are they short. They’re also itchy and above all else, they are see through. After reaching out to customer service, they tell me it will be expensive to send back products and keep urging me to keep them for 20% of my purchase price. I ask about their “easy exchanges” and they basically tell me that exchanges are just returns and then you place a new order. That’s not an exchange… anyway. Long story short, after requesting a chargeback from my credit card company, they email me with a list of threats. I’m going to call my credit card just to see how to proceed, but terrible product and even worse customer service.

My experience with Daisy Grace has been nothing short of horrible. First, my order was delayed, and it only got worse from there. The customer reviews on their website are 100% misleading, and I’m convinced the positive ones are fake because the quality of their products is shockingly poor.

I ordered two pairs of wide-leg petite pants in black and beige. The fit was fine in terms of length, but that’s where the positives end. The black pair’s material is unbelievably scratchy, and I can’t even wear them because they irritate my skin. The beige pair isn’t even close to the color shown on the website—instead of beige, it’s this weird light brown. To make matters worse, one of the clasps was missing compared to the black pair, which had two.

I immediately reached out to customer service but didn’t hear back for four days. When they finally replied, they dismissed my complaint, saying the color was “correct” and that missing a clasp was “normal.” I even sent them a photo showing the obvious difference between the black and beige pairs. In response, all they offered me was either a £15 store credit or a 10% refund to my payment method, without requiring me to return the pants.

Returning the items wasn’t a viable option since I’m in Canada, and returns need to be shipped to the UK with a tracking number. The shipping cost would’ve been close to $100, meaning I’d lose even more money. I ended up taking the 10% refund, which amounted to a measly $10, so in the end, I lost $80 on this terrible purchase.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Daisy Grace. The materials are awful, and the customer service is even worse.

Left a review already from a few weeks ago but please pay attention to the so called “5 star” reviews. It is literally this company writing themselves reviews. Please please do not buy from this scam company!!!

Costly returns as I am in Australia and have to send back at my cost but good product for the price!

The items came in perfect quality, look the same as on the website as well as customer support was very kind and helpful with any questions that arose!

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers, which arrived fairly fast considering they are coming from the US and I'm in Europe. They are good quality and are as expected, but, unfortunately only 1 of the 3 fit me. I reached out to their customer service and got an amazingly fast response and a solution. Will definitely order again and recommend them to other people. Even though the 2 pairs didn't fit, they were well made and materials are great.

The quality of the clothes that I bought from this website was really good. I also wanted to return something and customer support was very helpful.

This was my first time shopping and I was happy that the product came exactly like pictures and they have good quality and beautiful styles. I like most of the items I ordered the sizes were true to size, and was fast shipping.

Sizing a bit off for me but I tend to be in between S-M.

I am an American customer, and bought two pairs of their pants online ( they are on Facebook and Instagram) , the quality of fabric is very poor and you can see through the underwear!
I contacted the customer service, they replied I must return to UK in 14 days on my expenses. I went to check the shipping with express, it will cost more than half of what I paid for this pants, I don’t think it’s reasonable. I saw the return address is in CA, and tried to confirm with them if I can send it back to US address to meet their deadline. The answer was No, because it’s their warehouse address. It raised a red flag to me. This company knows people won’t pay for the price for their pants , in order for them to achieve not getting return , they run this scam to prevent you return the items!
And their ads do not mention about returning where until you write to them after your paid and received the packages.
I called my credit company and filed a complaint , and my credit card company gave them a chargeback ( I got my credit back ) !
Now this company is still sending me Email , wanting me to cancel the chargeback and harass me with a long list of consequences if I don’t follow.

And now I read all this one star reviews and all have convinced me that they are totally running a scam !

Do not send back their packages and report them to local consumers bureau, and help other innocent customers not falling to their scams!

Received store credit for a return. Clothing quality was great - just not the right size for me.

I ordered a bunch of clothing after seeing an ad on Instagram and was slightly concerned that the quality wouldn't be up to par. However, all of the quality of the clothing was excellent, and the customer service was extremely helpful! Everything shipped quickly, fit well, and the things that did not work out were easy to be returned. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I was really impressed with the quality of the items I got. They are very true to the photo shown on the website. The sizing of the pants fit a bit big though, I would recommend to size down.
