Trousers quality not as described. Tried to return them from the UK but customer service instructed me to post tracked delivery to the USA which would be too expensive and not worth the return. I can see from other reviews that they tell US based customers to send back to the U.K. this is a scam to prevent people returning goods to get a refund.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and paid for express delivery which is advertised at 7-10 business days. Its now been 14 working days and still no sign of the parcel.
I emailed after the first week as the tracking number was not recognised by the courier. First and last time to order. Trousers were ordered for an occasion next week and I doubt that they will arrive by then.

The clothing is just as advertised, fits as described and returns are hassle free. Plus they take environmental sustainability seriously!

I purchased two pairs of the pants. The size and length is perfect, with that being said, I only tired on one pair. I purchased two pairs of pants and the turn around time was 5 weeks. I noticed in the second pair there was a stain on them (blue stain on white pants) and the seams were coming loose. I made the company aware of their produce and since it was out the 14 day window for return, they could not honor their produce for a return or replacement. In the response they mentioned that my item was new and not used (be aware that all items send out are not new). The craftsmen-ship is not reliable and these pants are not cheap in price.

I ordered the white viral pants, they are completely see through ! This company is obviously a drop shop , the original tracking comes from China then gets delivered to Illinois and repackaged and shipped to you so it takes forever to get. But either way, the quality is TERRIBLE! Do not waste your money.

Having purchased pair of Stone Wide Leg Trousers on 22nd June 2024.
Trousers still haven't arrived. After numerous emails back and forth, being asked to give delivery a bit longer as courier etc is outwith their control. Royal Mail is courier and according to their tracking service, awaiting the item.
I have today asked for a refund, as I feel I have waited long enough for delivery.
I will update the outcome!!

Awful fit and low quality pants. No return shipping system or prepaid labels in place. Sick of these cheap overseas companies selling their stuff on social media platforms. Utter waste of 100$ CAD.

Poor quality goods, don't do refunds. Took ages to respond. Nightmare company. They've paid instagram influences to endorse there shoddy products. The pants in the video ate not the pants that come. You can get better pants from cider clothing for half the price

It’s a scam please don’t waste your money. What you receive it’s nothing like what they advertise

I bought these online because i saw countless tik toks and instagram influencers recommending these. The pants took about 3 weeks to arrive. They were absolutely not worth it. The pants were see through, made of cheap material, and had no lining whatsoever. The quality is about what I’d expect from Shein for $8. I wish i could upload a picture to save you all from the trouble. Please don’t waste your money. The pants look absolutely nothing like their photos. Also if you try and return they won’t provide you with a postage so you have to ship out of the country at cost which ends up being close to the amount you paid for the pants! Instead they refund only 10% of the price which is an absolute joke.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Goods were never received so I initiated a chargeback request via my credit card company. Received an email from the hello@daisy-grace email account threatening to take legal action if I didn’t cancel the chargeback request. I then received another email from the same account with a fake claim number alleging a claim had been issued in the London County Court. The email was signed off by a David Harbour purporting to be a solicitor on behalf of Daisy Grace. Please see the public scam alert for the fake solicitor (David Harbour) and their firm (Harbour & Sons LLP) at the SRA website. If you search the name and SRA in Google it should come up with the webpage. I can’t however include the link here.

The Pants: Products are misrepresented on the website. I received pants with fabric that show semi-transparency under normal lighting conditions, so much so that the transparency undermines the basic function of pants as clothing meant to provide coverage and comfort. This flaw is particularly pronounced in lighter-colored variations, where the transparency is more conspicuous. Furthermore, the craftsmanship of these pants are subpar. The stitching irregularities and loose seams are present in all pants received, and forget about durability and longevity.
Laser hair removal tool: Despite being non-functional upon arrival & reported to customer service, I was asked to ship it back at my expense.
Returns: Process of returns seems to be deliberatively obstructive. Despite not receiving items I paid for in working condition, I'm asked to return the merchandise at my expense and to an address in the UK (shipping cost much higher). If you are a customer from the UK or Europe, the return address for you may be in the US.

Scammers. Now I have to contact my credit card company to try to get my money back. What a waste of my time and energy.

SO disappointed with the quality of their tailored wide leg pants. I get so many compliments on them and they fit like a glove! But it’s my third time wearing them and they’re falling apart. The seams are coming out, the zip has just broken. Dunno what’s up with these new company’s being so expensive and giving Shein/Primark quality.

I saw an ad on instagram and decided to purchase some cute trousers for work. They took about two weeks to arrive and once I tried them on, they did not look flattering so I wanted to return them. First red flag is that they make you email them in order to return which was kind of strange cause usually you're able to process return on the website. They responded asking if I wanted to exchange for a different color or size instead. I responded saying that I would prefer a return because I didn't like the look of it and they ghosted me. I had to email them a second time and another representative helped me out and said that because they are small international company they aren't able to provide a label and that it is going to cost more to return. I spent about $91 for my order and they offered 15 EURO store credit OR a 10% refund and I would get to keep the item. THEREFORE, I DO NOT recommend purchasing unless you live in the UK and returns are easily processed. Also if you have any concerns, their customer service team tends to ghost you!

I ordered a $40 pair of pants on June 19th. I received a shipping confirmation on the 20th but didn't anticipate that it would take a very long time to arrive. I emailed customer service and was informed that it might take 10-15 business days to arrive.

After waiting for 10 business days without seeing any updates on the shipping link they provided, I emailed them again to inquire about the status. This time, they did not respond to my query. Concerned that it might be a scam (since I ordered through an Instagram ad), I contacted my bank to cancel the transaction.

They finally replied after 15 days, threatening to contact my bank to cancel the chargeback or else sue me for the $40. Well well..not even mention that I still hadn't received the item and the tracking number indicated that the package was still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. And btw, the item is shipped from China.

Lesson learned: avoid purchasing items from daisy grace and instagram ad unless they are big enough to cover $40 for a better customer experience rather than using it as a threat to sue you. They should also be wise enough to handle disputes calmly instead of issuing threats. What a joke.

Daisy Grace is a scam. Do not purchase low quality products from them. If they don't fit, there is no way to return or exchange without paying international shipping charges. More than the cost of the clothing. They will offer you 10% of purchase price back if you just keep it.

Very poor quality trousers (see through fabric, not like the pictures). If you wish to return it's at your own cost to ship to America.

The only reason it's not one star is because the shape of the trousers is nice and the customer service person was polite and friendly.

AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE

I ordered two pairs of trousers in a LONG and received two pairs which are no way possible a “LONG”
The customer service is awful, and I am unable to receive a refund which I am entitled to.
Really disappointed with this company.

The wide-leg pants are good quality, however the crotch area is too baggy for me.

I tried to get a refund but because I'm based in the UK and they're a small company, they couldn't give me a full refund.

They offered a 10% refund since they said sending the pants back to them would cost more. Now I currently have pants that don't fit me well and I lost most of what I paid for.

If it's not possible to do full refunds then perhaps they should reconsider selling to customers in the UK?
