I received excellent service from the customer care team following some issues with my order. There were a couple of problems and the customer care team were easy to contact and always polite and helpful. Particularly with regards to the second issue when they proactively contacted me to explain the further delay. Issues will always happen but I felt the team dealt with the issues efficiently and were extremely helpful.
The jewellery was also beautiful, would thoroughly recommend

I purchased the Polly Sayer Chunky Tidal ring in 18k gold plating for my partner who absolutely loved it.

However, after a few months the ring started to show visible signs of tarnishing and after 6-9 months was almost completely silver.

When I let Daisy know and send them my photos, they were absolutely fantastic about it and instantly sent out a replacement.

Great customer service by George, timely review of my issue on a What’s App communication and received replacement earrings of my choice, with no quibble.
As my broken earrings were no longer available, I could choose a similar value pair which was very amicable and am very pleased overall with Daisy, this was the first time I’d had a broken pair but it was all easily resolved, thanks so very much, happy Christmas Daisy 🎄💝

A very rewarding customer experience! There was a problem with the delivery which was rapidly resolved and dealt with in a pleasant and timely manner.

Iv had problems with gold that tarnished. Two times!

I still give a high grade because of the great customer service and refunding my money for new buys. Now lets hope their silver is better

Sadly, Daisy no longer ships to my country. But during the time they were able to, I bought several silver pieces that are still beautiful today, and some of them are still my faves (my EL T bar). They always delivered with great service and followed up on whenever I had concerns. If you have the chance to get some of their jewelry, give it a try.

I really like the jewelry case I bought - it’s pretty! It doesn’t stay open on its own though. I’m a bit confused since it is shown as open in the website product photos. It’s not as user friendly because it slams shut unless you are holding it open.

Absolutely one of the best jewellery companies on the planet. I have three companies I use and this is one of them. They have fabulous well made designs where a lot of thought has gone into the meaning of each piece. I also love their recycling and green ethics, that means a lot these days. It’s so refreshing to find a company who thinks so much of others and the environment. Buy from them you will not be disappointed, they are the best!

Lovely designs and I've bought several rings but the gold plating doesn't last longer than a few months. I had to return two rings as the plating went six weeks after wearing despite taking rings off when showering etc. The customer service was great and no quibbles on returns but at the price they are charging, it should last longer or they should charge less.

I am a repeat customer, love the designs at Daisy and great customer service.

I have been buying from Daisy London for years and have been wearing their pieces for just as long without tarnish. Each piece has such a lovely design and I always receive so many compliments when I’m wearing them. Also, each package arrives so beautifully packed and occasionally with an additional treat or lovely note.

Ordered the vintage teddy bear charm as a Christmas gift. It's gorgeous and I know the recipient will love it.
