After nearly a month only 2 out of 5 items arr7ved, I cannot find a contact number to contact which on website advises a line nor can I find how to get a refund, I do get responses from emails but need to speak to someone because such a mess and spent quite a lot of money

This is a scam. Their website shows good quality products - What you get (if you get it!) is terrible quality rubbish. The website says you need to contact them to return the items, but they don't respond, so you are stuck with unfit for purpose items. They also catch you with a recurring payment, so be careful! Avoid giving money to these scammers at all costs!!!

Shocking quality, refusing full refund, state need to track and trace shipping to a warehouse in China! Not a UK company.

I wouldn't give it the one star actually. I wish I'd seen these reports before I ordered.
Had the dungarees that are not cotton, the money back guarantee does not really apply they only offer a percentage or you have to send items back to CHINA, they don't mention this in their family run business in London.
The most I have been offered now is 40% and I can keep the items which are of no use at all.
AVOID this company.

I would give less than one star. Weeks of waiting for delivery - and when I finally started tracking the item, it became clear that it was still in China and had not even been sent off. It does not declare that items are being made in China, probably under appalling conditions. Big mistake - will never order from them again and will see if I can report them. Stay away!!

The quality of the clothes were appalling. Although the names says ‘Laura LONDON’ the clothes come from china. They make their money on the refund policy of 40% back and keep the rubbish clothes. Do NOT buy from this scam of a company, it’s a rip off.

Totally agree with everything already said. Have wasted £60 pounds and offered 30% refund and keep shoddy goods that bear no likeness to the advert. Could have ordered direct from Shein at a fraction of cost and wouldn't have wasted as much. Plan to report to local Trading Standards but guess I can kiss hard earned cash goodbye. Never again!

I wouldn’t even give this company a one star. Like others have said, waited weeks for the items to arrive. Lots of emails saying they had sold out, but as another reviewer said, they were just being made out in China in a sweatshop.
The items that arrived looked nothing like advertised, being made of cheap material and poorly put together. They advertised as a London based shop, which looks swish. Evidently this is all a scam. I’m hoping to get some money back, but just getting emails saying they will give a percentage back if I keep the products. This so far has varied from 10% to 30%, with no info on how to return, even though I’d have to pay for this. The returns needs to be fully tracked, overseas shipping and customs all paid for be me, even though the goods are not like the ones advertised!!! It is certainly a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Will be contacting my credit card company to see if they can help out with me getting my money back. Wish me luck!

Waited ages for the delivery and what arrived was a complete joke- the quality is like something you buy from a cheap fancy dress shop. Awful fabrics and a complete rip off. Let’s see what happens to the return and refund process

Absolutely rubbish. Goods poor quality and shipped from abroad, not London. False statements, money back not guaranteed. Avoid at all costs this company as it is a total scam. Goods are probably made in a sweat shop china. Such poor quality and horrendous customer service trying to get items returned and refunded.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. As previous reviews the products sent are not as advertised. Cheap polyester. So trading standards are being advised of falsifying information. Have sent dispute to my credit card company as also didn't send the details through. Denim - no they are not. Cotton? Nope, polyester. Waited as oversold on their sales - no they were being made in flipping China. Offered refund of 60% if keep the goods but won't refund me the missing product!! You must send everything back to them at your cost for tracking and signed for before they even consider a refund. Don't think so. Tried it on with me, taking further with small claims court and trading standards plus my bank. Going forward, any companies not having a proper store and not showing correctly as being in UK on Companies House I am not buying from. WORD TO WISE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I concur with all the previous reviews. After waiting with anticipation for weeks, when my dungarees finally arrived they were nothing like the photo, cheap polyester with fuzzy design on. So disappointing and I would imagine there will be many more disappointing reviews. Not even worth £10 let alone the £39 spent marked down from nearly £100...what a joke!

The item i received was nothing resembeling what i ordered the material was a cheap polyester not denim please DO NOT purchase anything from this company or you will be really disappointed ,my fault i didnt read reviews lesson learnt .

Absolutely shocking, just like everyone else I waited for weeks whilst being bombarded with emails encouraging me to buy more and hollow excuses and apologies. I expected then that it was a scam, then a package did turn up OMG what rubbish, not even made of Denim but some odd printed fabric, the cut and sizing was ridiculous, short leg long body and the straps fixed with a tiny button way too short and not even adjustable but with a plastic buckle to try mimic dungarees. Avoid like the plague, I know I won’t be getting any money back or customer service…complete rubbish and a scam .

It is totally a scam! I have been ordered for a week. No updates from them. No reply for my emails.

Had to wait an eternity to get the dungarees .they are nothing like the website. Cheap cheap cheap material ive had better from shein. What a waste of 34.99 pounds .I should have read the reviews before I bought them. Very u happy as wanted to save them for my holidays. Id return them but by the looks of the reviews ill be waiting a long time for a refund

My order was nothing like the advert. The dress was a different colour and material. I complained and was only offered 35 percent refund.

This 'company' does not exist!
I ordered a dress but it did not fit. I cannot obtain an address where I can return it. All emails do not work! This is a scam.
