Dan Thomas & Co レビュー

We recently sold our home with Dan Thomas and there was something about them and that gut feeling telling us to pick them when to help us sell our home. We glad we did, the journey was a bit bumpy but their approach is different in a very positive way!!! We felt like we were part of a great team, they kept us posted, dealt with questions from solicitors and others within the chain, they have a great mindset and the team is always happy to help or assist you when necessary! Dan also has great knowledge of local business and he recommended solicitors which we used that I have to admit were superb, which is another positive and great addition 😀

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND HELP!!!

We were recommended Dan Thomas & Co to sell our home and they were amazing!! We will only be using them from now on and we can’t rate them highly enough. We have already recommended them to family and friends.

The whole team were an absolute pleasure to work with, they are friendly, professional and incredibly responsive. They helped us navigate some blips along the way and rescue our sale when it was about to fall through - we genuinely felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We had total trust and confidence in Dan and the whole team. Claire was fantastic at helping to keep things moving along and we truly can’t thank her enough for her support and advice.

A very professional and polite service.
Dan was recommended to me by my Sister and Brother in law who also had an excellent experience in the purchasing of their home.
10/10 highly recommend
Thank you again Dan Thomas

My co-Trustee and I sold a rather unusual property and Dan Thomas and his team handled the sale for us. I was very impressed by Dan who saw the house before it was marketed and gave his honest opinion about the marketing strategy he would suggest, which turned out to be an excellent strategy resulting in several offers being made soon after the property went on the market.

Dan Thomas & Co are friendly but very professional. They stand out from other estate agents I have dealt with - I particularly liked the lack of a 'hard sell' at the outset and their enthusiasm throughout.

They are a lot more proactive than most agents I have dealt with, and helped move things along when there was some delay in proceeding to exchange of contracts with the first offer we accepted subject to contract. It was of particular concern to us to avoid delays as we were selling the property as trustees.

Dan's team worked efficiently and seemlessly, and their was always someone available to deal with anything pressing that arose on any given day. Lorraine and Claire in particular were incredibly supportive and helpful during the sale.

Thank you so much Dan and his team! I have no hesitation in recommending Dan Thomas & Co 👍

Excellent correspondence, very good attention to detail and never giving up even when all seemed lost
I would highly recommend Dan Thomas and his team

We brought and sold with Dan Thomas & Co and cannot fault them.

Whilst viewing properties Dan Thomas & Co stood out amongst other estate agents. There was always someone to answer the phone, they had good knowledge of the property and Lorraine, who was there for our viewings, was the right amount of friendly and professional.

Having had this experience, when it came to selling our own property Dan Thomas & Co were the obvious choice to list with. They sold our property within 2 weeks and we cannot speak highly enough of their organisation and support getting us to the point of completion.

Lorraine and Claire especially were outstanding. Questions were answered promptly and they were always up to date about what was happening with our chain.

Thank you so much. We highly recommend 👍

Dan Thomas Estate Agents proved to be an outstanding choice for us during the sale of our property. They truly took our needs into consideration, offering sage advice that proved instrumental in achieving a swift sale – our home was under offer in less than a week!
On completion, we were delighted by a lovely surprise from the team - a generous bouquet of flowers and a bottle of bubbly! Their thoughtful gesture exemplified their commitment to providing a personal and memorable service.
Their expertise and professionalism were second to none, and I would highly recommend Dan Thomas Estate Agents to anyone in need of a superior property selling experience. They are the embodiment of stellar service and the gold standard for estate agency practice.

Absolutely amazing!! From start to finish the entire team at Dan Thomas&Co have been brilliant. Without these guys I genuinely don’t believe the purchase of my new house would’ve gone as smooth as it did. When it comes to estate agents these guys really do lead the way! There’s honestly nobody better out there. From meeting Dan himself with Abi who showed me round (on her first day if i remember rightly) to Claire/Lorraine dealing with my multiple phone calls trying to speed the process up! Their professionalism was second to none and would highly recommend them.

Great service on the purchase of our home, Dan & his colleagues, especially a big shout out to Lorraine were amazing, communication is essential when buying a house , and this is exactly what we got , highly recommend

We sold our property through Dan Thomas. From our initial discussions through to completion we have been given a first class service. Communication was thorough throughout the process and the team were always professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this independent Estate Agents.

We would like to thank Dan, Claire, Jo and Lorraine with the recent sale of our house. Professional, honest and great communication, support and advice - all very much appreciated!
