Michelle and her team have been extremely helpful throughout our mortgage process, really thorough in explaining the different mortgage types and advising what will benefit us the most. Super quick responses whenever we had questions and never felt like we were asking too much. Beth always kept on top of looking at adjusted rates for us and kept us in the loop with any further changes so we understood exactly where we were in the process without having to chase. Highly recommend for a quick and easy stress free mortgage application!

Stress-Free Remortgage Thanks to IMS Property Group
We’ve used IMS Property Group for our last two remortgages, and once again they have been absolutely fantastic.
Michelle and Beth were instrumental in securing exactly the right deal for us. In what has been a very uncertain time with fluctuating interest rates, they managed not only to find us a rate we’re really happy with, but also ensured every one of our requirements was met.

The support I got from Lynsey and Gina right from the very beginning when I was deciding to get the house valued to the point the memorandum of sale issued has been outstanding. 2 years ago when buying a new build Michelle was recommended to me! I have never looked back! Michelle made the process of finding a mortgage easy. Everything was explained and simple to understand. I have since recommended Michelle to others. What a friendly, professional service she gives, really makes you feel at ease with making some important life decisions! I have since contacted Michelle for a remortgage and within minutes I had options and have sorted my next fixed term mortgage! Highly recommend.

Mortgages - simplified….
5 years ago we sold our house through IMS and found a mortgage to enable our next move. All in the midst of COVID. As our fixed rate came to an end Michelle was in touch to reassure us on the process, align a call with the optimum time to review the options, 20 mins chat later the application is in, 5 hours later the offer was in our in box. Michelle and IMS take the stress out of the mortgage process whether you are you are a first time buyer or renewing. Despite being 400 miles away from IMS now we wouldn’t turn to anyone else! Great to see them going from success to success - and with service like this you can see why!
