Ordered Iron rod for AC. Never delivered. Spoke with Tabassum customer service agent numerous time but never received the item. Bad customer experience.

Their delivery takes ages, and refund takes even longer. I recommend not using that platform.

I’ve been using Pickaboo for gadgets since 2020, and honestly, it’s been a pretty good experience. Even when deliveries get delayed, they try to make up for it and still make you feel like a priority.

My friend recently bought a kettle from Pickabor, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. After the very first use, the plastic parts melted, making it completely unsafe and unusable.

We contacted Pickabor immediately, expecting at least a return or replacement — but they refused to take it back or offer any solution. This is not only disappointing, it's deeply irresponsible. Selling unsafe products and then ignoring customer complaints is unacceptable.

This experience has completely destroyed our trust in the brand. I strongly caution others before buying from Pickabor. Poor quality and even worse customer support.

I placed an order for three earphones on 7th April and received confirmation that the order had been successfully processed. However, due to repeated complications and numerous phone conversations over an extended period, the order was cancelled and reprocessed multiple times. Each time, I was assured that the items would be shipped within two working days, but as of 17th April, I had not received any shipping confirmation.

When I contacted customer service on the morning of 17th April to request a cancellation, I was suddenly informed that the items could now be shipped that day. This pattern of repeated delays and inconsistent information, accompanied by a continuous stream of excuses, has been highly frustrating and unprofessional.

Furthermore, I find the shipping policy extremely unreasonable. Although all three earphones were part of a single order, I was charged a separate shipping fee for each item. This practice appears to unfairly burden the customer and suggests a deliberate attempt to exploit consumers under the guise of standard procedure.

They did not publish my negative review about a product I was dissatisfied with. I had to pay 150 tk to Redx delivery agent on top of delivery fee, in my second order, I had to pay 200 tk extra+late delivery.

I am not satisfied. I can no longer trust picaboo.

I have ordered from them before all on Cash on Delivery and they have delivered on time but recently I ordered a product by paying in advance and now they are delaying it for almost a week while they said it would take around 2-5 days. I called them but their number keeps me on waiting for 5-10 minutes and still nobody picks up. I created tickets on website but the ticket doesn't get submitted. I have tried contacting them every way possible but just like an online scammer they've blocked every way to contact them. I am still giving them 2 star because I have had good service from them before but this time they are not giving me any attention juwt because I have paid in advance?
