My external hard drive completely failed, and I lost access to my very important and personal data. I tried many times at home using YouTube and ChatGPT, but nothing worked, which caused me a lot of stress.

I found this company through Google and social media and contacted them. From the very beginning, they reassured me and made me feel calm and confident, especially regarding the security of my personal data.

When I visited Data Recovery Lab London, their behaviour was incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. It truly felt like being in a computer clinic, with “computer doctors” taking care of my failed hard drive.

They successfully recovered all my data with full security and transferred everything safely to a brand-new external hard drive. They also asked me to check everything carefully and gave me very useful advice on how to take care of my hard drive in the future.

When my laptop suddenly stopped working, Data Recovery Lab initially recovered data from the failed hard drive in two days. Other companies I contacted for help said it would take five to ten days. Also, it was possible to drop off the hard drive in person whereas most other companies offered drop off points or courier collection services, sending the hard drive to a remote recovery lab. Contacting the company and all staff involved in the process was easy. In fact, my initial call on a Saturday was answered when most other companies were closed. Answers to all my questions were given in full there and then. This gave me confidence that Data Recovery Lab was the right company for me to use. They are a little more expensive than some but worth every penny for the speedy service and personal attention they offer. That said, they were cheaper than the quotes several other companies provided! I would not hesitate to recommend Data Recovery Lab to anyone finding themselves in the nightmare scenario of suddenly losing data.

I totally recommend them. A 6TB external hard drive failed and I was concerned about choosing a company to recover the data.
