Very pleased with the funeral spray I ordered. Looked just like the picture on the website, a beautiful pink spray.

I ordered 3 sprays and 1 posey for a funeral. All looked just like the pictures. Fresh and beautifully made up. The messages that were sent via email were accurately written up. Great customer service. Happy customer!

The floral arrangements were beautiful and the ordering process was straightforward, with options for gift messages readily available. There were a few minor issues, but they were handled promptly. While the company shows promise, there is some room for improvement to ensure a consistently reliable experience.

Easy online ordering for funeral flowers. I could not attend so assume the flowers were delivered correctly. Tips emailed on how to care for the flowers (although this didn't apply to me, it was a nice touch of after sales care) Thank you

The receiver was delighted with the flowers delivered from Dawn's flower shop as I was from Northern Ireland i needed them delivered locally to (bitterene close) area they were delivered on time so I placed the order online for a golden wedding anniversary my friends said they were beautiful unfortunately l never got a picture of what I ordered which was a little disappointing as I would have liked to see them but other ways was reliable Annette

Ordered flowers as a last minute gift online, the night before I needed them, without any issues. I chose Dawn’s Flower Box based on location (wanted a delivery within Bitterne Park the next day), online reviews and the gorgeous range of choices available on their website. The following day, my aunty was absolutely delighted to receive her surprise birthday bouquet- a generous and cheerful hand-tied bouquet of roses, lissianthus, and gypsophilia, according to the online description! The bright Barbie pink lissianthus and pretty pastel pink roses were balanced with the delicate baby’s breath and plenty of green foliage, with the option of recyclable wrapping, aptly named ‘For Her’! Pricing was very reasonable at £35, plus a bit extra for delivery, in my opinion (total cost was just £41.95), and feedback from the recipient was that the flowers were ‘beyond stunningly beautiful’, ‘sturdy’, ‘spectacular’ and made her ‘cry with gratitude and love’, which was great to hear as you never know exactly what you’re going to get when ordering online! She also said the delivery service was very good from Dawn’s Flower Box and that they deserved ‘mega stars’ as she’d ‘never seen such a beautiful display’. Unfortunately, my aunty is quite old fashioned so does not have the technology to share a photograph of the flowers with me (I live in a different city so it’s a real shame I can’t see the bouquet myself) but it sounds like they were truly gorgeous and really made her day! Lots of choice online so a bit overwhelming and this was just one of the mid-range priced bouquets, not their most expensive option! Nevertheless, they were ‘gorgeous’ and ‘top notch’ and really made my Aunty’s birthday that bit more special. Will definitely use this shop again in future! Quick and easy to order online. My friend was delighted with her bouquet and sent me a photo. The flowers looked exactly like the online photo.

I visited the shop earliy on a Saturday morning and asked if they were able to put together an arrangement for early the following week. The staff were very helpful and accomidating and proceeded to say that they would be able to achieve a fast turn around and also have them delivered to the door. Which they absoloutely did!
The arrangement was stunning, the vase chosen was perfect and all of the flowers were so fresh and delivered with a smile.
Couldn't recommend enough and will absolutely use again.
