I visited in Feb for funeral flowers, the most uncompassionate, unhelpful response received from the various services I dealt with. I would never go back again. An extremely difficult day made even worse by the lady who served us. How sad.

The most beautiful casket flowers prepared for a funeral. Dawn was so helpful - easing our anxieties by keeping us updated as to exactly when they would be delivered. We were in safe hands and the flowers were stunning.

Ordered a plant for a retirement gift for an employee. Unfortunately was not delivered the on the day it should have been. Tried to call @4pm they were closed (as was end of day). Emailed in the hope it would be seen, it was and replied with apology for it not being delivered. But company did deliver another one on the day the lady was leaving, but I never really got a 'proper' reason as to why it didn't arrive on the day requested.

Always a great service, great selection and variety of options for all occasions available.

The flowers themselves are always fresh, lively and long lasting.

Had some Mothers Day flowers ordered but not great quality and disappointed, haves used a few times and been really pleased but unfortunately not a great experience this time so will probably try someone else next time.

Ordered late on Friday evening for mothers day. All bouquets where delivered early on mothers day. Very high quality. If you want beautiful flowers at a decent price. Dawns flower box is the place.

Whenever we order flowers they are delivered on time and are always beautifully done. Would rather use a local florist that an international one and Dawn's Flowerbox never disappoints

We ordered a wreath of flowers for a funeral arrangement and they were so beautifully crafted, the wreath looked even better in person than on the website. I really like that you can select what day you would like the arrangement delivered for and the flowers lasted very well considering they had to be transported in a car for 7+ hours. Will certainly be using again.
