Absolutely brilliant, there was some confusion on my part regarding my order and Karen was very helpful sorting it out. I always try to use a local (to the recopient) florist as I live in Lancashire, I found Dawn's Flower Box, Southampton and her website was great. Sadly my friend has just lost her mum and the floral arrangement that was sent was absolutely beautiful. My friend loved it.

Beautiful flowers. My neighbour was absolutely thrilled with them. Website easy to use only problem. Too many flowers to choose from, eventually went for the autumn choice. Definitely use Dawns again thoroughly recommend you won’t be disappointed
