Day2day were exceptional, Tony was fantastic, he explained everything to me and backed up all the questions I had with written evidence.
I was sceptical at first but was made comfortable and I thank Tony and the team for their help.

I would not even give them 1 star
I would not even give them 1 star. They sent me a few emails regarding a go live contract that needed signing. Firstly the emails went into spam and secondly I was in hospital undergoing a transplant. They say they tried to call me but either they did not or I missed the call due to treatment I was undergoing. Having now looked at the e-mails none of them mention a fee for failing to go live. The end result I could not deal with the matter and I have now received an invoice for over £700.00 as the contract did not go live. That nearly the cost of a years electricity which the contract was for. I would stay well away from Day2day energy consultants.

Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear you're unhappy.
We did attempt to contact yourself on multiple occasions regarding the issue which had arose preventing a previously signed contract from going live.
Initial Notification of Objection was Given on the 26th June by the incoming supplier, we attempted contact on the 2nd July after initial enquiries did not provide clarity, this included a follow-up call and a voicemail being left with our contact details on the 6th of July after you requested a call back. That call was not returned. A further call was attempted on the 14th July but our number had been barred from contacting your business landline. This per terms and conditions was passed to our legal partners to follow up.
Additionally, until you spoke to Andrew on the 21st July, we were completely unaware of your ill-health. As no one had been in touch.
Given these facts, we believe we’ve acted correctly and in line with the terms and conditions regarding non-go-live and this was passed across to our legal team. That said, we’d still like to speak with you to see if there’s anything we can do to help moving forwards as we still manage one of your accounts.

Massive thank you to Andrew and the team for helping me switch energy suppliers completely effortlessly.
Not only did they save me a really decent amount of money, but they also took the time to explain how my previous supplier hadn’t exactly been playing fair when it came to rates and billing. It was refreshing to deal with somebody genuinely knowledgeable who actually looks out for your business rather than just trying to make a sale.
The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend speaking to Andrew if you’re reviewing your business energy — excellent service and genuinely helpful advice throughout. 👏

Although unable to help with a saving, I was impressed with his friendly approach, knowledge and the fact that he didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't beneficial to us as a business- what he did was build 'trust' and I would definitely consider using this company in the future

Tony provides an excellent service
Tony provides an excellent service. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always on hand to answer any questions. Thanks to his expertise we have secured very competitive tariffs in an unpredictable market for several gas & electricity meters. Additionally, he went the extra mile by arranging for an energy auditor to visit, as there’s a possibility, we can reclaim Climate Change Levy payments for the last 4 years!
A genuinely helpful and proactive service I’d happily recommend. Really appreciate Tony’s support.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. We've been talked into a contract with good unit rates and standing charges but Day2Day did not highlight that those rates did not include some eye-watering, non-fixed non-commodity energy costs. We were only told by others about these costs after having signed the contract. Greatly regret it.
Don't trust them.

The company made me feel calm in a stressful situation. My energy accounts were all over the place and thanks to Brad and Karl they took everything on board, helped me align everything and kept me on track.

Refreshingly honest
I have found the company to be very friendly, plain speaking and honest and, in truth, a pleasure doing business with them. It's not an easy subject to have to explain, especially as it is gazing into the future energy market, but they have helped a lot and I believe our Sports Club will save on its overall energy costs.
