Would like small size with brightest illumination.

I like the look of the string lights. I hope the color is warm. I would have liked to have applied the first time order discount but it didn’t show up in time.

After almost 2 months this company is finally sending me an email asking if I can remove my review to them giving them (One Star ) Why? They have the guts to ask me to remove it … the fact that even as I write this review still the simple light Bulbs that I ordered long long time ago still on the Process (once again they Lied) I had it … I’ll say Don’t do business with this People ….

Very disappointed that these are completely incompatible with attaching to a standard US light fixture electrical box. Significant alterations would have to be made. No indication on website that these all come from China or France. Was already upset that it took over a month to get them, then to come in an unuseable condition?? Will definitely NEVER order from Dazuma again, and will check out all sites I order from to see if they're a legit US site.

Appreciate your reply and trying to reach out. The video was less than helpful. Wrapping the wires back into the electric box is neither safe (compresses wire against box when mounting to ceiling) or waterproof. I have altered all 15 of my fixtures, drilling mounting holes as well as a hole to re-route the cord through the center directly into the box. Waiting for a solution from you was just not an option, as it takes SO long to "custom fabricate" the fixtures, then mail them from China to France to U.S.. A lot of waiting, and a lot of time to alter all 15 fixtures. At least the fixture was what I expected esthetically, otherwise it would have been just 1 star.

I found just what I was looking for. I was wanting a couple of outdoor solar lanterns. I found this pair that matches some of the things I have inside my home. these are exactly my style! I hope they work well and are durable enough to leave outside year round.

Great products! Beautiful and unique. Purchased several items from them over the past year and everything is high quality and very reasonably priced. Have not seen anything like what I purchased elsewhere. They also have wonderful customer service and are very responsive. I highly recommend Dazuma!

Please read and do not buy from this company. Chinese company and if product does not work, you cannot get a new one. I had several parts that were broke in the beginning and they attempted to fix but now nothing works and they have walked away and no concept of getting money back. I am filing a Better Bureau complaint.

Website is great 👍. Easy-to-use and your products are pretty. You have lights that companies here in USA don't have. One of the reasons I bought with you all. The prices are a little high. You can reduce the price if you buy a certain amount of dollars. Example. Package your lights better, the mail system is good for damaged boxes, no matter how good you wrap them.

I had never ordered from Dazuma before, and I can positively tell you that this company's customer service team goes above and beyond just about any other...bar none. I had ordered two solar lanterns. When I received my order, the lanterns were not exactly what I had anticipated, so I ended up returning one of them. One of the lights didn't work, but without hesitation, they told me to just keep the defective one but to return the other. The customer service department reassured me that a complete refund would be given to me. Customer service stayed in touch with me via phone calls, text messages, and by email and always so cordial, polite, and so kind. As soon as they received the light, I was immediately given a complete refund. I don't always give any kind of review, but in this case, I wanted to be sure that Dazuma's customer service team was duly publicly noted for their outstanding service. Thank you, Dazuma!

I was interested in purchasing a bubble chandelier for my kitchen and before doing so I had several questions. Each response to my questions were timely, thorough and insightful, and Dazuma customer service was always delightful to communicate with. I just placed my order today and based on my experience with Apple (she rocks!) I expect all to go as smoothly as my conversations. Can’t wait to install this beautiful chandelier above my kitchen island.

I was spinning store to store online to find a best luxury and favorite lamp for my bedroom decorate wooden panels wall and fortunately found it here with DAZUMA and ordered today. My bedroom will looks great and giving stunning show either. Appreciate this site for such great design and product.

Easy ordering. Shipping came earlier than expected. Lights look great. A little confusing on transformer requirement, but after I received them, it was easy to figure out.
