Like the other reviews I placed an order 11/16/2025 and have tried to contact the company several times. They never respond to the messages and when I post warnings on her social media she blocked me. It has been 14 weeks and I have not received my order. The website claims 4-6 weeks for shipping.

I strongly advise against purchasing from DC Prints! After a three-month delay on my October order, I discovered a pattern of deceptive business practices that every consumer should be aware of:

• Fake/Misaddressed Tracking Fraud: The merchant provided a tracking number that was confirmed by a USPS Supervisor to be addressed to a different person and shipped from a different state than NV. This is a documented tactic used to provide false "delivered" status to payment processors.
• Unlicensed Operation: Official records from the Nevada Secretary of State and the Douglas County Clerk confirm this business is not registered and does not hold the mandatory state or local business licenses required by NRS 76.100.
• Deceptive Dashboard Entries: While the merchant marked my order as "Refunded" in the Shopify app, her own internal timeline shows the refund is "Pending" and has not actually cleared. She also "Restocked" my items while claiming they had been delivered!
• Lack of Communication/Blocking: The merchant ignores emails for order status or delivery issues until you post or tag her social media pages or threaten a dispute. She will then block you from her account(s) so you can’t contact her or warn others.

I had to file a formal bank dispute and a BBB claim, supported by government-verified evidence, to recover my funds. Update: A refund was finally issued only after these formal actions were taken. Do your research before buying!!
