Arkadium is a Greedy Ripoff Corporation
Imagine a company wherein you can pay a premium for NO ADS. Well with this company that's a total lie. The company's latest foray into cheating its premium customers is a game called Solitaire Farm Seasons. The game itself is fun, but following Google's greedy model of saturating webpages with pop-up ads, Arkadium goes one that's far worse. They created a gaming experience that constantly pushes you into selecting optional ads in order to play a section freely, versus being charged for every level of play. In addition, on some levels, you must watch ads or you won't progress. They repeat this process countless times. Not satisfied with members paying for premium memberships, these greedy stooges get paid for every ad they entice/coerce you to watch. I'm done with this GREEDY IDIOTIC CRETINS and will spend my gaming time on other, less selfish venues. Avoid Arkadium like the plague. Young, Stupid, Ignorant sub-human gorillas that pray before the altar of money. Keep yours and shop elsewhere. This company SUCKS.

There is not much to dislike at all about Arkadium.
There is not much to dislike at all, the staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The price is so affordable. The games are fun, and there are lots of them. I recommend them. My game name is "Twinkle toes" Lol

My experience with Games for the Brain
I love playing on Games for the Brain from Arkadium. I was having problems with a couple of the games not playing smoothly, so I turned to Arkadium support for help. I got almost immediate response from a very nice and helpful person named Olga. She kept in nearly constant contact with me assessing and analyzing until the problems were fixed. I'm happy with the results and Arkadium should give Olga a medal. Thank you!

Playing Games is important
I am struck by the humanistic nature of customer service response and the follow up to see if I was sorted. I'm thrilled to hear it is a small team of people managing Arkadium. It is a daily part of my life. My brain starts functioning better after I force it to think and then my day begins. Also, I spend lazy times playing more without guilt. Newman's Hard Crossword puzzles is a VERY difficult daily puzzle. Progressively harder each day.
Newman's Hard Crossword puzzles is created daily by Arkadium. I experienced an anomaly when signing on and found a link to customer service. I wrote my event and sent it. Text said they would answer in less than 24 hours. 15 minutes later, I received an Email beep and saw there was an answer. The customer service person was clear and concise, and knew exactly of my problem. She explained how it came about and how to correct it. A few minutes later, I decided to try to sign on and the anomaly had been corrected. That was a stellar reaction and I Emailed my thanks.

Great Customer Support
I was having trouble logging in so I went to change my password figuring that was the cause. You know, old password don't work no more. I couldn't get past the spinning wheel so I contacted support. They were right on it! We communicated a few days then support sent me a link and Viola! I was playing my games in two seconds.
