Worst purchase of all time

I wish I could rate my experience 0 stars. I order my product and have received no shipment or update for over 2 months now. The product was labeled as in stock and ready to ship with an expected arrival of 3 weeks. After reaching out to the company’s customer support. I have not heard back or been compensated at all >:-(

Never received anything

Placed an order in February, has not arrived, emailed multiple times and had to reply at all. Had to open PayPal dispute to get a refund.
Would not recommend buying anything at all as this is atrocious
