Products never arrived. Still awaiting a refund. I ordered 5 weeks ago. Customer service was unresponsive.

Edit: they've tried removing this review despite ignoring all of my emails. This company is a disgrace.

Never received my package or an update on it for almost 2 months. The customer service was great as they reached out quickly to assist.

I received the package and it only contained the add on item and nothing else that I ordered. It took months to arrive in the first place and then when I wrote the customer service they never responded. -1000/10 would NOT recommend

Order never came.

This website has been inactive since October 2022. Please do not order from the store, you will get nothing and no refund

Order was not ever received and it has been over 6 weeks. All my emails have gone unanswered. No refund or anything. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I made a purchase of 60€ on January 25th, after 3 weeks I contacted the assistance because it hadn't been shipped yet, I DIDN'T RECEIVE A REPLY, I contacted them again a week later and still NOTHING.
I want an answer immediately! Either send everything immediately or give me my money back!
This was my worst shopping experience ever!

I opened a dispute on PayPal, thanks to them I got my money back in less than 3 weeks

Never recieved my package. No shipping information.

I ordered in December and have not received my order or a refund. I have emailed twice and haven’t got any response. This is disappointing and I highly advise people not to shop here

Item was to come in 1-4 weeks, 6 weeks later it still hasn't shipped and my emails to inquire on its status have gone unanswered

I made an order a month ago and haven't received my item, a refund or any response to my emails. Their instagram is full of comments with people asking about their orders. Do not buy from this company, it's a scam!!!

Never received my order. Tried to contact them twice and they never responded. Complete rip off and scam.

Haven't got product yet, I ordered January 3rd, haven't heard anything from store, I've messaged them about the inquiry of my orders they don't seem to care in messaging back except to leave a review, I've made two purchases since December 2 and did not get that product order, sadly it got shipped to India and marked as delivered when I don't even live in India ;-; horrible shopping experience with this store

DO NOT ORDER!!!!
We purchased items the 9/1. We received no items, and only an automated response to the e-mails we sent.

It has been more than a month and both requests for an update or refund have been ignored. Item has not been sent.

Had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back. This company is obviously not active anymore but have not taken down their website. You will get charged for your order and never receive it. I had only placed an order as i’ve placed one in the past a few years ago and had no problems

I haven't received my items and tried contacting you and still haven't received my items or a reply
