At First i tought It was a scam site, so i paid with PayPal, but the chair came After 1 week and is perfect, very good for the price of It.

Voici mon avis suite a l'achat d'un sihoo m57.

Je l'ai eu pour 140€, livraison très rapide en 5 jours.
La chaise est incroyablement confortable surtout pour le prix. On se sent très bien dessus même sur des sessions de 6-8h, rien a dire. Je l'utilise depuis 2 mois entier tout les jours.
Niveau options je vous laisse regarder sur le site. Mais je tiens a préciser que le support lombaire est top! On peux vraiment le positionner comme on le souhaite. Et si vous ne voulez pas le ressentir c'est possible aussi.

Il y a beaucoup de plastique sur la partie haute mais quand je vois la qualité globale et l'assise, je me dit que pour le prix il faut faire des sacrifices. Personnellement je ne trouve pas que cela dérange énormément. Surtout que je n'ai eu aucun soucis, cela parait très solide.

Et encore une fois pour ce prix je n'ai trouvé aucune alternative qui est aussi bien. L'avantage c'est qu'il y avait beaucoup d'avis positifs sur le temps et c'est pourquoi je l'ai choisi.

J'ai eu un soucis avec mon accoudoir et je tiens a préciser qu'ils ont l'un des meilleurs services clients.
Ils répondent en moins de 24h et font le maximum pour résoudre le soucis. Je les remercies spécialement pour cela!

Voici donc mon avis et mon retour qui est très positive globalement.
Si on me demande quelle marque de chaise choisir je les conseillerai surement a l'avenir.

M57:
+ ergonomique
+ assise très confortable et surtout sur les longues sessions
+ Repose poignet très confortable
+ Repose tête très confortable
+ le tissus qui laisse respirer et propose une assise qui est très ferme et douce à la fois.

- Beaucoup de plastique (mais compréhensible pour le prix)
- Attention la hauteur maximum de la chaise (ma chaise précédente montait un peu plus haut, je vais devoir descendre un peu mon bureau)

I ordered a Sihoo M57 chair directly through their website. The delivery from Germany to Estonia took about two weeks.

To be fair, I was a bit nervous at first because I had seen quite a few negative reviews online saying it was a scam. Because of that, I decided to write to their support and ask when I could expect my order. The next day I received a reply, and the tracking number immediately started updating.

In reality, the parcel took about one week to be prepared for shipment, and then another week to arrive. Everything went exactly as it should.

I honestly do not know who is writing those scam reviews. From my experience, this is definitely not a scam. I was also afraid to order, but I decided to take the risk, and it turned out to be absolutely fine.

The chair itself is good quality. Everything was very well packed, all parts were sealed properly, the screws and tools were included, and the instructions were clear. A small but very nice touch was that they even included white gloves for assembling the chair.

Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am sharing this because those negative comments really scared me before ordering, and I want to say to others: do not be afraid. If there were issues in the past, they are clearly not the case anymore, or those reviews are simply misleading.

I can recommend buying without hesitation.

I want to update my previous review. Yes, there were significant shipping delays (12 days instead of promised 2-3), but Sihoo support (especially Remi) was responsive and offered €50 compensation for the delays, which I really appreciated. They kept communicating and tried to help.

The chair itself — Doro C300 — is absolutely worth it. Excellent build quality, comfortable mesh, great lumbar support. Assembly took about 30 minutes, straightforward instructions.

Bottom line: The EU logistics need improvement, but the product is excellent and customer service made it right. Would buy again.

Ich möchte meine Eindrücke zum Kauf des S300-Stuhls teilen.

Die Geschichte war ziemlich interessant: Nach der Bestellung wartete ich 2–3 Tage auf eine Rückmeldung zum Bestellstatus. Ich versuchte, über alle verfügbaren Kanäle Kontakt aufzunehmen, und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Anfrage am 20. bearbeitet wird. Allerdings kam die Ware früher an, und sie wurde entsprechend früher verschickt.

Heute habe ich das Paket erhalten und mit dem Zusammenbau des Stuhls begonnen. Alle Teile sind vorhanden, außer den Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben und anderen Befestigungselementen, mit denen der Stuhl zusammengebaut werden kann. Das ist seltsam, denn der Stuhl ist tatsächlich da, aber ich kann ihn nicht montieren.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie so etwas passieren kann. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen dieses Problem löst und in Zukunft mehr auf die Vollständigkeit der Ware achtet.

And I have had it since september 2024, great product honestly. The quality is still holding up but sadly its cracking a bit when you sit on it but that is expected after 2 years of use. Very comfortable and high quality.

I recently had a defective Sihoo C300 chair, and the entire replacement process was handled flawlessly. The team promptly arranged for the return and sent me a brand new chair without any hassle. I want to especially highlight Daisy and Remi from the support team - their communication was exceptional, always clear, professional, and timely.

/edit I gave it one more chance and used my Revolut to solve this payment... Now I hope for a quick delivery.... Original: I actually would like to buy one of the chairs but can't since they dont accept any of my VISA or Master cards.. After 3 tries I gave up... Looked into Trustpilot and regret I didnt do so prior my efforts... This has been a bad customer experience.

Ho acquistato una Sihoo M102C (sedia ergonomica) il 20 maggio. La vendita è stata abbastanza rapida. La spedizione è stata affidata a BRT che ci ha impiegato circa una settimana per consegnarmi il pacco in Italia proveniente dalla Germania.
L'imballaggio era sufficiente a tenere al sicuro da eventuali danni il contenuto, ma avrei preferito che non fossero stati applicati il nome o le immagini della sedia sulla scatola esterna. Sarebbe stato più opportuno rendere il pacco più anonimo. Nonostante ciò, la mia esperienza è stata positiva e non posso che consigliare questo sito.

Leí malas reviews sobre la entrega y la atención al cliente y dudé si confiar en la filial de Sihoo en Europa, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Decidí "jugármela" y me compré la silla m57, que llegó en perfecto estado al cabo de una semana. El montaje fue sencillo y la silla me resulta muy cómoda. Dejo este comentario para todos aquellos que estén dudando si confiar en la filial europea, la respuesta es ¡Sí!.

I placed an order on 10/01/2025 , order n°SIHOO57745, I received a tracking number but no update since that day. I am starting to panick a little, I wrote to the customer service but didn't get no answer yet. I don't want to put a bad review so i am writing hoping the customer service will answer me here.

Había malos comentarios y estaba duda si era fiable la página pero todo ha sido perfecto. Compre la silla m57 de oferta con un cupón extra me salió a 164€. El envió tardo un poco más pero nada exagerado, una semana y media, supongo por las fecha de navidad y reyes y el montaje ha sido muy fácil.

Bought 2 chairs from them. 2 weeks later the order hasn't been dispatched. No clear information when will it even be dispatched. From previous reviews I can see it might not even happen...

Placed an order on 08-Nov-2024 for Sihoo Doro C300. It was in stock and they promised to dispact within 1 or two working days. After two working days the product is still not dispatched. Wrote multiple emails to their customer support but never any reply. Looking through the numerous bad ratings on this seller, apparently this seller has a lot of logistic issues and very poor customer support. It seems I have fallen into a pitfall.

Vergessen Bestell-Stornierungen und Rückerstattungen. Sehr unseriös.

1) I bought a product on Sunday. In the site it's stated it would take 5-7business days to get the product.
2) 4 business days have passed and the order wasn't even sent. I opened a ticket the reply was ''we are having a issue with logistics'' (like every other negative opinion in this site, it's something usual with them)
3) In the thicket it's stated it would take 2 more business days to ship + 2-7business to receive the product.
-The take away is, the expectations they give versus the reality of the logistics it's not there.
- I created a new ticket asking for the cancelation of the order and a refund but no response so far.
- I recommend you to avoid this site, because clearly they have a logistic and support problem that they weren't able to fix so far and it isn't worth the trouble, specially if you are like me and you REALLY need a chair, you probably wont be receiving it on time and you would be better off buying one from somewhere else.
You might be lucky and get the product in time and the support can be great. But remember stuff like this don't only happen to the others.
Edit: They ignored my request to refund, instead they shipped the chair. Once shipped they cannot refund according to TOS. S### move! DO NOT BUY.
Edit 2: After completing the first edit, I received an email stating that if I wanted a refund, they would need to intercept the parcel, whether it was in transit or had already reached my house. After that email, I got another email with the full refund no questions asked, making me wonder if I hadn’t written the review, I wouldn’t have received the refund so quickly and would be through a painful waiting process. On that same email i got an offer of a $50 chair (That was sold out) as a gift in order for me to remove my review. I will not be accepting the gift, as I find it morally unacceptable. After my reply to that email they kept the offer of 50$ in any product (after me saying it was unmorally of me to accept). Plus if I have a poor experience why would I want to get myself involved in buying another product, plus gifting me something to remove my review seems unethical.

Untrustable company, avoid at all costs. Unfair, not keeping their agreements in place.
