From booking the appointment, measuring up, providing advice, installation and subsequent customer service the experience was sensational, these guys are the real deal when it comes to patio awnings. Thanks Ed and the entire team, you are sensational.

Lovely lads Paul and Jason. They were here bang on time and got straight into the job. An excellent job done and no mess at all. All packaging sorted and tidied. Would definitely recommend them

I would highly recommend Deal Direct Blinds based on the fantastic experience I’ve just had. From start to finish, the service was seamless.
The fitter, Rob, was a total professional, punctual, polite, and extremely respectful of our property. He clearly takes a real pride in his work; the installation was flawless, the blinds look amazing, and he was incredibly clean and tidy, leaving the workspace spotless.
This high standard was matched by the exceptional customer service from Eva in the office, who provided brilliant backup and support throughout. It’s rare to find a company where the entire team is this competent and professional. If you need blinds, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deal Direct!

Great service from start to finish!
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. From Peter talked us through the different option for the windows we had, to the fitter completing the job.
We had a slight sizing issue and the man who arrived to fit the blinds noticed it straight away and organized to get it replaced asap.(Sadly I can't remember his name but I believe he was a proper builder.)
Rob arrived to to collect my blind and was back the same day with the right size. Fitted it and made sure it was correct before leaving.
Amazing team - 100% recommend.

From the man that came out to quote , the girls on the phone & Paul & Jason who came out to fit the blinds, everyone was so helpful & friendly. Really pleased with my perfect fit blinds, the quality is very good. Rob the fitter was very pleasant and efficient. He demonstrated how they work and gave some good advice on their care.

Great service, the blinds were very well fitted. Hannah and Jason were friendly and gave me updates throughout the process. They left the room very tidy and completed the job relatively quickly but to a very good standard. Fully satisfied.

Excellent from start to finish. From first ringing to book someone to come and measure to then been given a date and time was super fast. Dan come and fitted my new blinds, very tidy and professional. This is the second time I've used deal direct blinds and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and can’t fault them. Their communication is second to none and all the staff go above and beyond . Dan fitted my blind and I received a text letting me know what time he’d arrive and he was spot on. Had an early 8am call as needed to go to work and he was in, done and dusted within 20 mins . Paul came today to fit our new blind, he was great and even let our 2 year old join in and “help him” with the fitting.
We previously had some fitted from Deal Direct but found they weren’t going up and down very well, I mentioned this to Paul and he took a look, he was able to fix them while he was here as he was very knowledgeable which saved sending them back to be looked at.
Paul was very professional and friendly when he came to us and I would highly recommend him and Deal Direct to anyone needing blinds.
