My experience with David and Matt has been honestly second to none. From the minute I signed up to there mentoring till the day I finished there support throughout my full journey has been absolutely incredible. If any questions need answered or your unsure of anything they get back to you right away or you can even give them a quick call and that made me feel such at ease especially when your at the start of your property journey. I couldn’t recommend them enough and if you are wanting to accelerate your property journey then get involved because you won’t look back. Also like to add you have weekly call and monthly meet ups with them to talk about your week as a whole and how you can improve and what needs adjusted for the following week and if you give it your all for the 3 months your property knowledge and journey will drastically be pushed forward. With David's help I was able to pick up some properties that fitted my criteria very quickly. It was an easy process as David and his excellent team do all the leg work finding property deals, any refurb work required through to letting them out. This is a Godsend if your short on time or just unsure of what to do. Property deals are presented in a well packaged document so that you are clear on costs involved with the purchase and the potential returns.

I’ve been working with David for a few years now and have bought 4 properties through his agency. A 3 bed tenanted house in Maddiston, a 3 bed house in Barrhead, and two tenanted flats in Glasgow. All have been a fantastic investment for me, and I’ll definitely be buying more from him. His experience and attention to detail when it comes to due diligence and evaluating a good deal are second to none.

I have known David for many years however we have been collaborating in business now for 4 years. We support a number of Davids clients when it comes to their mortgages and even their landlord insurances. During my time working alongside David he has been superb, a very honest hardworking individual who always puts his clients needs first. All of the clients David has passed have had great things to say about him and are always pleased with their property purchases. I would recommend anyone in property looking for a great deal contacts David.

David has been sending me deals in Greenock and I have bought one from him. After few months, there are a lot of issues with the property including damp and leakage. I think he is a dishonest agent who just want to sell the problematic properties to newbies like those from overseas. I think most of his deals are cheap but with hidden issues as there is always no home report and no tenancy signed which is very dodgy. I would not recommend anyone to buy from David Smart unless you want to try your luck and with no after-sale service.
